My first time coming here. I was sat at the bar. I started the dinner with a cocktail called “Spring on 92nd.” It was so pretty! The flavor was nice, too. It had a strong lime flavor, and very mild bitter aftertaste.

The breads were very nice. The butter I think they put some black truffle in it. It was very fragrant and yummy! The bread was nice and soft. The breadsticks were flavorful and crunchy. It was a great starter for my dinner!

I ordered COSTATA DI MANZO cooked medium rare. It’s a 20oz prime ribeye with potato purée, cipollini onions, and sautéed mixed mushrooms. The steak was cooked perfectly. It wasn’t too fatty. The puréed potatoes were a bit stiff. I don’t know if it was on the plate for too long before it was served. It was also bit too chunky. The sautéed mixed mushrooms were nice. It also came with a sauce, but I wasn’t a big fan since it tasted a bit fishy. I don’t know what’s in it.

The service was nice, but can be a bit more attentive.

My favorite restauraunt on the upper east side. The staff is beautiful and well mannered. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. The food is great. I love their lamb chops. It is my go to when I am here. The desert menu is impeccable. The music is relaxing as well. Perfect volume. Very classy dining. There is a lovely Italian waitress who works in the afternoon that I do adore! She is perfecto and always has nice nails and a great attitude. 10 out of 10

Great food and engaging service. Really enjoyed the cocktails. We were served by Sal and he is a professional, plus funny and engaging. We ordered prosciutto pizza and mixed seafood pasta. Both were excellent and the Hot Charlotte cocktail was great (shown in images)! The unique aspect of this restaurant is that it has the space and features of a classy suburban restaurant. We saw all types of groups – 14+ people, families with strollers and date nights. This restaurant is great for many types of occasions and I imagine they cater to big groups particularly well because of the multiple large tables we saw.

Celebrated birthday with a friend and ended up in a place where the team truly cares about their guests. The staff works with attention to detail: presentation, timing, service, everything is precise.

The grilled octopus is soft with the right texture. The salmon tartare feels almost creamy.
The seafood pasta is rich, flavorful, and generously filled with seafood.
The fish with shellfish is an unexpectedly harmonious combination.

I will definitely be back. This restaurant maintains a high standard.

From the moment we walked in, everything about Laglovia felt special. The food was incredible, the ambience struck the perfect balance of elegant and inviting, and the service staff went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable.

We celebrated a birthday with 30 guests, and the team handled it seamlessly. The food and drinks kept flowing all night. They handled every request gracefully and they were so accommodating throughout. Hosting a group that size can be chaotic, but they made it feel effortless and fun.

The bread, burrata, and pasta were definite standouts. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

Whether you’re planning a quiet date night or a lively private celebration, La Voglia truly delivers. We can’t wait to come back.

I had the Prefix lunch.
All the dishes looked delicious—authentic Italian cuisine.
The portions were generous, including the wine, and it was well worth the price.

La Voglia is now one of my new NYC favorites. From the cocktails to the appetizers, mains, and desserts, every single dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The menu is impressively diverse, with something for everyone, and the vibe is elevated, chic, and perfect for any occasion. This place is SO GOOD. I will be thinking about the truffle ravioli for a long time!!

Among the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Really delicious Italian cuisine with excellent fish menu. Great drinks. Awesome service. Sal is my favorite waiter in the whole city! One of our go-to places for date night. Pricier, but worth it. Music is usually good too. Always makes me happy to eat here!
