La Villa is my favorite place for tacos in this entire area. Today I ordered a combination of tripe, lengua, & cabeza. They were seasoned very well (& the tripe was perfectly seared), though I also don’t mind them a little more plain on occasion. Naturally, you should also have the tacos al pastor!
