We stopped here for lunch on a drive south on 15. There is a reason this place is the highest rated restaurant in Nephi (it’s actually a food truck). Although you have to drive two miles off the highway, 15 curves around Nephi so you actually keep going down main st and get back on the highway at the next exit! I had the carnitas burrito and my husband had the birria burrito. It took about 6-7 minutes for us to get our orders. The meat was tender and flavorful in both, and the hot sauces that came with were amazing especially the red one (see the picture). It tasted of smoky ancho chilies which wasn’t overwhelmed by the spice. This food truck is in the parking lot of the Family Dollar so I don’t know how you rate ambiance of a parking lot but it was convenient that we could go in and buy water and sunblock while we waited for our food. We will stop here again.

The food lives up to the hype. It was excellent! I have some food sensitivities and they put my burrito in plate form, with so much meat! My kids begged me to go back and get more rice and beans, and they gave it to us free of charge. I wish I had some cash to just slide them. So, I’m showing my appreciating by leaving a review to hopefully send more business their way.

I ordered a trio of tacos, but ate them before i could take a photo. Then ordered another trio and two more before i remembered! Just incredible – flavor, texture, spices, the works. Lovely couple who own and served us, big smiles – can’t say enough good things here. Would come back again in a heartbeat ❤️

Went here on our way down south and absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend the carve asada tostadas. Tomato’s and lettuce were super fresh along with the Mexican sour cream and feta (on top of perfectly toasted tostadas and great carne asada).

Wow…. we read the google reviews and decided it was worth the mile and a half drive off the freeway. It’s not often you see a solid 5 start rating and they are deserving. They just moved a couple blocks and we were lucky to see the pink sign hung in the parking lot.
