The restaurant’s story is good – from humble beginnings. Great atmosphere. The costumes are cute. They make balloon hats for the kids.
The food at our table had mixed reviews from bland with little flavor to the best carne asada they ever had. Great salsa and guacamole.
They don’t do split checks and automatically add the tip to the check. The service was so-so; which seems to happen everywhere when the tip is automatically added in.
Plenty of parking.

Beautiful and amazing atmosphere. I loved how immersive it was. As you sit down and eat, you see different characters from Chavo del 8 and it looks like the Vecindad(neighborhood) from the show. I love how the staff treated us very attentively. Overall wonderful experience for authentic and delicious Mexican food. I loved the cafe de olla and the churros. There was also a live singer

We had the Chimichanga and the 2 tacos meal, tonight we came back for Taco Wednesday and All-You-Can-Eat Tacos. Had Asada, Chorizo, and Carnitas.. All were great! An excellent value with awesome service.
Highly recommend checking this place out.

This is a little gem we found on our recent trip to Vegas. Super cute and fun atmosphere. Waitstaff was amazing! Checked on us and took care of us, probably best service I’ve ever had. Food was delicious and portions are very generous. We split the chicken quesadilla and had leftovers! Definitely recommend

The service was great, friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the chips and salsa, had a lot of flavor and a little spice.
My wife ordered a burrito with green sauce on top, and she said it was really good.
I had the carnitas. They were good, but pretty dry which was a bummer. The tortillas were fresh and delicious, and the rice and beans were great too.

We absolutely loved the restaurant’s design and immersive theme. The atmosphere is top-notch. The staff really commit to the experience; they were wearing amazing costumes, and each had a distinct character assigned to them, which made the service fun and memorable. The food was good, rounding out the experience nicely. Definitely worth stopping.

We loved the atmosphere, all the decor and characters are original. We absolutely loved the service, totally friendly and helpful. We met the owners and were very gracious with us. We had breakfast, all was great and well served. We want to come back and try dinner next time we are in Las Vegas definitely. Be sure to get there with plenty of time. We got there when it opened at 10 am and it was getting full by lunch on a Wednesday.

This restaurant is theme based around a Mexican show called “El Chavo Del Ocho.”
From the hostess, to the servers, all the employees take character roles very well. It is a bit loud, but this is a place that you can and eat like you are at home, or visiting family. I took my mother for the first time, and she didn’t like the noise when we first walked in, but then she said she enjoyed the atmosphere, and definitely can’t wait to go back.
Kudos to La Vecindad staff, keep up the phenomenal work, and great customer service, I personally, loved everything about the place

The best Mexican food, portions are more than enough and everything tastes great. The service is flawless and the atmosphere of the place literally takes you to “el chavo del 8”
