The best food truck in which I have ever eaten in my life! Their tacos with minced meat were just AMAZING! Every bite was incredibly fresh and delicious! Easy going and very well prepared food, all full of love and care! The kindness of this couple has no comparison, their eyes tell stories of love and affection!
My very best wishes for all your plans! With this awsome food you guys make, you will succeed! I’ll more than definitely come back many times!
Thank you for what you do every day, is very much appreciated!

We are a family of 3, from out of town (the Twin Cities) here to ski a few days and we ate here tonight. This place was EXCELLENT. This word means a lot, to a lot of different people. So let me give you a scale-invariant interpretation which involves an interactive process, and counts on your participation: first imagine a good restaurant. Now, focus on that “good restaurant” and imagine something better than this good restaurant. Got it? Now imagine something even better than the better than good restaurant. That’s what we are dealing with here. It is better than better than good. That’s dang tastey. What people write about the tortillas on the tacos is spot on: my wife said out loud, “I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a tortilla better than this.” I agree. (For background: we eat at a lot of Mexican and central american restaurants in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) and Los Angeles.) What we would add: the jamaica and the horchata are top shelf (both home-made). The huarache we got (asada) was a home run: generous layer of lettuce and cheese and everything super fresh. The papusa’s were wonders – we got two and shared them as sides. The dessert: we forgot the name but we won’t forget the dessert. EVER! It had plantains, rice pudding, and sweet-and-condensed milk poured over the top. Wow. What a meal.

Yummy!!! The steak tacos were amazing with the most delicious tortilla I have ever eaten! My son devoured his pupusas… which says a lot. We sat in the shade for lunch.

Not my first time to Montana, but dang… it was my first time trying a pupusa and that thing slaps. Muy rico doesn’t even begin to cover it. Paired it with one of those frutas de agua and bro, we were in there. The flavors, the freshness, the whole experience had me posted up in Bozeman like I was actually in el salvador for a second… ill have to ad that one to my destination list for sure
The host was friendly and welcoming, didn’t mind me practicing my Spanish either, which I always appreciate. Google Maps had me thinking this spot was inside Lowe’s, but it’s actually tucked toward the rear of the parking lot. Don’t let that throw you off. Once you find it, you’re good.
It was a perfect day to sit outside, enjoy that crisp Montana air, and take in the mountain views while eating something that actually felt made with love. They have a nice little shaded seating area to enjoy the food if you choose to eat it there. I might be the only vegetarian in Montana today, but that didn’t stop the cook from hooking me up with two custom pupusas different styles, both full of flavor. He really came through.
I’m only in Bozeman for a few days, but I can already tell you I’ll most likely be back tomorrow. And if I ever return to Montana in the future, this spot is locked into my route. Te lo agradezco for real. Hidden gem with heart and heat.

SOOOOO GOOD!! This instantly jumped to the top of my “best taco” list. Since my time in Florida I’ve been trying to find an amazing taco, and boy did their Spicy chicken taco deliver! Make sure you come hungry and bring an extra 20$ as you will certainly want more.
Make sure you have a pupusa, I had pork bean and cheese. They are Parked in front of Lowes Garden Center so parking isn’t an issue.

My daughter and I went shopping and seen this cute little place and thought we would try it after shopping. We ordered 4 pork and cheese Pupuseria, total cost was $20. With 1 person ahead of us the wait was 40 minutes !!
Another person had ordered an after a 15 minute wait said for us to enjoy his lunch and left. The cheese Pupuseria was super cheesy delicious, the pork and cheese were good but not much flavor !! They have a multi pack lunch, not sure what all that entails but perhaps we’ll try it next time !! All in all not a bad meal with the 98* weather ️

We happened upon La Unica coming out of Loews and so glad we did! Delicious food and good portions when you are hungry.

Great authentic pupusas and tacos. I thought the tacos were some of the best I’ve had in Bozeman which fills a significant void in the food scene. I ordered two pupusas and a taco and all were delicious. Great outdoor seating area when the weather is nice. Definitely will be back.
