First time here and I ordered the beef chimichanga with a margarita. Warm tortilla chips and salsa were also served. All of the food tasted freshly made and came out quickly. The service was also great. They have a good lunch special where you can get a decent sized lunch portion for under $10 (doesn’t include the margarita). This is my new go-to spot!

Food was very good. Complimentary warm chips and hot and mild salsa. Amazing and knowledgeable wait staff. Lot of options including Vegetarian. Good portion size. Huge parking but might be difficult at times due to trader joe in the same complex. Clean restrooms.

I got the lunch ACP in this is more like a fajita than a typical ACP. There is no cheese sauce but it was sprinkled with cheese. It had cooked onions, peppers, and tomatoes..and was topped with a salad, guacamole and sour cream. But all I could really taste is the fajita seasoning. This was a to go order, and it didn’t come with chips and salsa.

Worst food ever. So bland. Food was barely warm. The place looked shabby.!We ordered the #10 & #14 the 3 beef tacos, and the enchilada, burrito & tamale. We will not be visiting here again. We were disappointed. We definitely do not recommend this place.

We had driven by this place and were curious about it so went in and try it. The space is big, the decor is nothing special, it’s pretty generic and the boots are kind of uncomfortable to seat on. The flat screens around the place are completely unnecessary as they are placed very high up, close to the ceiling, they play different things and nobody is really watching. In terms of food, it’s alright, nothing outstanding. The flavors are pretty bland and the sauces seem to have come straight off the can. The only things that were worth trying, were the drinks, the margaritas were very tall and tasty. Would I come back? Maybe not.

Great place! Inexpensive, tasty Mexican food. Great music. Good mix of authentic and more Americanized stuff. Tacos, flautas, burritos, chicken with mole sauce, tamales, all kinds of stuff, but the menu isn’t overwhelming like some places. They have proper aguas frescas. They speak both languages. Outdoor seating is available but it’s right by the road wall. I think that’s all you need to know! I’ll be coming back here again! We had the chicken with mole and a variety of tacos without cilantro… My favorite is always el pastor (with pineapples).

Messed up out dinner order, brought the ordered side item to the table in 60 seconds, and brought dinner plates in 10 minutes.
The restaurant had 5 patrons in the place at 6 pm. on a Saturday evening, and I can understand why.
Chimichanga was half the normal size and I’m not accustomed to eating out of pans (like a dog’s plate) and no cheese sauce on the chips.
We will not be returning to Univ’s area location. Recommend going to Monroe’s La’ Unica and be satisfied!

The service was great! The staff was very accommodating to our party and time frame (we had to be in and out within 45 minutes). Everything went well and everyone enjoyed their food… it was delicious!
