Beff carpaccio, spaghetti carbonara, and spaghetti putanesco. With red wine and proseco. All excellent found out after we could have the carbonara with guanciale, rather than bacon, although the bacon had a nice smoky flavour. Rather than going to the store to buy wine, they have a better selection here.

We (as we tend to do) stumbled upon this place while we were staying in Hopkins. Both nights we went, we had the most delicious pizza, pasta, salads, and wine. Maximo is a fantastic chef and you should not miss this place if you’re in Hopkins. Order anything on the menu and be sure to try whatever he’s offering for the pasta special!

Never did we expect to find the most incredible, authentic Italian food in Belize. This is the real deal. Every dish was made to perfection. We had four different kinds of pasta and two appetizers, and they were all ON POINT. Easy walking distance from the Jaguar Reef Resort, I recommend it highly for everyone who loves authentic Italian food, truly from Italy.

We had an amazing experience here. Owner comes to great you and is one of a kind! We felt soo welcomed. Everything is made from scratch and some of the best Italian food I have ever had. We got the bruschetta wich was AMAZING! The bolognese and the special was home made fettuccine with garlic, lobster, shrimp and fish. Honestly!! I give this a 10/10. Oh yeah! Chocolate soufflé. Perfect ending . Side note: when not in season, pizza is not available.

Amazing food by a real Italian chef. They offer imported steaks, Italian food like truffles and tiramisu and a large imported wine selection. This is a superb dining experience in Hopkins Village. You can enjoy the patio or the air conditioned dining area. The bruschetta is top notch and the wine selection is one of the best in Belize. Closed on Tuesdays. Generally opens 4:30-7:30 but you can call to confirm.

Max and his wife truly know how to prepare Italian food. I grew up in St louis with a huge Italian area called the Hill! The hill is known worldwide for great Italian! These guys blow it away! Homemade everything! Best white sauce I have ever had! Amazing wood fired pizza! Lasagna was like no other. Also a great dessert every night.
This is a must go spot in Hopkins!!!

I went to italy in August and this was the best Italian dish I’ve had all year!! Never expected it in Belize – absolutely worth it. The authenticity at this location is unexplainable.
I had the Alfredo w/shrimp but can vouch for the burrata appetizer, the carbonara, lasagna, and lobster tail as well. Worth the wait – trust the process!!!!
