La Trailita is a family owned business, started around 1995 in Mexico. The family Rivera started with their beloved mother, Maria Rivera, selling traditional Mexican Food out of a 1985 Ford F-150, at horse races, fields and fairs. Maria started selling her famous guajolotes to help her family of 12. Years of dreaming to own her very own trailer. Today, the family Peralta Rivera, next generation of La Trailita have achieved the dream of owning the Food Trailer in honor of Maria Rivera.

These are easily some of the best tacos in America. I ate here three days in a row. One bite of the campechano tacos and this place is now one of my favorite places to eat tacos. If you’re in the area and like good food you must stop at this food truck!

Was just passing thru Sioux Center and stumbled on this place. I was not disappointed at all. They were fast and friendly. The quesabirria was amazing. The tacos and fillings were fresh. The broth was awesome. The portions were right on the money. Will definitely be back. They rocked it. Wouldn’t hesitate to try anything else on the menu.
