We stopped here after skiing (my daughter’s choice) and we’re glad we did: the service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing and the food came quickly, but not suspiciously so.
The steak tacos were deemed “good,” the sopas “very good,” and the torta (Tony’s Torta, specifically) was excellent. The bread is simply amazing (sourced from Wenatchee, I was told). I think you could put sawdust on this bread and still find a way to enjoy it.
There’s a clear Lucha Libre theme to the restaurant, which is fun, and the bar in the back room looks ready made for a good time.
I’d stop again.

It was my first time here in Cashmere. I just returned from Mexico last week, and really missed the food. So I googled the restaurants oj the area and they were the one with the higjest reviews. So, I decided to give a try. I have to say that they have the best tacos and best service. Highly recommend people to come here!!

Found this gem passing through! Comida tan deliciosa! Great food, service, and atmosphere. We started with house-made tortilla chips and salsa and guacamole. I ordered a chicken taco and sopa with some pickled cactus. The cactus made the meal for me, less spicy than a jalapeño and with the pickled tang. I also had some Jamaica, a hibiscus-flavored iced tea. Never had it before, but it was great! Thank you Jerry for the great service!

I love this place! Authentic and high quality, interesting food choices. I LOVE the whimsical decorations!! Their cocktails are also interesting and delicious. As a bartender I was very impressed all the way around. The service and prices are amazing. Highly recommend! Just know that you pay at the front when finished instead of waiting for the server to bring your bill.

Jerry (Gerry?) was our waiter today for dinner and did an incredible job! He was thoughtful and helpful when my mom realized the guacamole had cilantro (she has the soap gene) and he offered to bring another without cilantro; he was just excellent and on top of things, definitely would come back just cause of the quality of his service!

When white water rafting all day and out guide said the best food in Leavenworth was in cashmere at a restaurant name La tortuga loca. Margaritas were amazing and Tacos Azteca were unbelievable, they even had Pacifico on tap, first time in USA I have ever seen that. Amazing authentic experience!
