We ordered a few tortas as this place was recommended by a family friend. Beautiful place, definitely meets the aesthetic. Price for 3 combos of tortas was about $60. Fries do not have salt. Bread was so crunchy. Avocado amount was very generous. Seems like the food WAS overpriced but it’s not bad. Regular sized torta.

My husband and I both agreed that these were the BEST tortas we have ever had! The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the fillings were SO flavorful. We got the cubano and barda. The lemonade, horchata, and jamaica were all outstanding as well!

These tortas were amazing! The bread tasted fresh and was not greasy like other places. The portion size is great and filling. There is plenty of seating. The side salad with the cilantro dressing was tasty. Their salsa is a whole new level of spicy and flavorful! The cucumber lemonade was so refreshing.

I appreciate the quality in general the steak and cheese…nothing like this place. La Portuguese was extremely good. I really like the daily variety of soups. The best part they have good combination of meals the cucumber & limon was delicious.

The ribeye torta was flavorful. Bread was freshly baked and the meat rightly cooked! The lentejas soup was also excellent. The service was excellent. The place proposes many options and you can ask a sample to be confident of your choice. Beyond the excellent food, I had been pleasantly surprised by the attention and service level. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. They make very good tortas!

I’ve come by here two times with my boyfriend. We’ve tried de la barda, ternera, milanesa, and the pollo tortas so far. The staff is super friendly. It’s a cozy place to go eat. The bread is toasty and their salsas are tasty although two of them do have a bite to them so you might have a runny nose. Their soups remind me of home.
They cut the tortas in half, so it makes it easy to share with whoever you come here with.
