Slow to be seated. Good waitress. Food not very flavorful. I know different Mexican restaurants serve their items in their own way. I ordered a #20 combo. The best thing was the taco. (Soft).
I prefer my Chile rellano with a cheese sauce. This was served with a meat sauce with enchilada sauce. No cheese on either.
The place was clean! Waitress was very nice.

Had to wait to be seated only because nobody was watching the front. When the line started to go out the door we were seated.
Heaven was our server. I would have to guess, she was new to the position. Albeit the service was the best part, but she checked on us three times before we got our food. If I return, it will be because of her, not the food.
So my wife and I ordered a #20 combo, Taco, burrito, chili relleno. The burrito and chili relleno was topped with a red enchilada sauce, not a cheese or burrito sauce. Heaven offered to have the plate remade. We declined, because that’s the way you make it.
Overall, glad we went, happy with the service, but quite frankly, we live in Scottsville, and Los Mariachi’s has us spoiled. So, to the manager of LA TIA, go to the Los Mariachi’s in Scottsville, not Glasgow, and order a #22.

I honestly give it a 2 star at this location and only because the place was nice and most of the food was ok but the service was horrible. They gave me a brown guacamole instead of green, it looked like if it was sitting there for a whole day. When I told the waitress about it she did gave me her honest opinion and said she wouldn’t eat that, while the manager/owner did not approach us to apologize at least and correct it, seemed like he didn’t care; the waitress only apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I did not get it fixed and left with that bad experience. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with rice and guacamole. Never again…

My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. Our dinners were really excellent. The chef clearly takes great care and uses the best ingredients. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable, and the staff was terrific.

Portion size is down price is up.. service was crap just sat down and she says what you want to eat..bring chips and salsa i swear was like maybe 12 chips in Paper in a wire Bowl thing for 2 people.. ladies bathroom commodes not good shape.. lighting lucks had to use my phone to see menu bf food was a joke it was a 1and done wont be back latias in lafayette is way better this one does not compare.. but over all we choose agaves..it was like 6 pm on saturday and saw like 4 people working thats how busy they are.

Server very unattentive, had to send an order back twice due to them getting it wrong. Sat here for a half hour waiting for a refill. The order was made a big fajita burrito no rice. They made it first with rice then without rice and beans. The burrito was to contain beans. As stated above server was very rude and unattentive to the table. Some tables has soda spilled on them not even wiped up the entire time we were here.

Would give zero stars if it was optional. I’m all up for supporting local businesses. But not when the restaurant doesn’t show/return the same hospitality. It definitely lacks hospitality. Spoke to Francisco and explained that I had purchased a $40 gift certificate for someone for Christmas but still had the receipt & explained that I had accidentally tossed that gift certificate on the fire while burning Christmas boxes. I asked Francisco if there was anyway he could pull the transaction considering I still had the receipt of purchase in hand and ask if he could kindly write me out a new gift certificate. I also ask if I could bring the receipt in, get a $40 refund and purchase another gift certificate. The answer was No! He tells me he is unable to use this exact date/time printed on my receipt to review the transaction and proceeds to tell me that he needs the # on the gift certificate instead (that is now ashes and I have no way to recover). So, I proceeded to say, “So, you basically just made $40 from me because the gift certificate won’t ever be utilized.” His response: “Yes I did!”
Yes, I get it….I made the mistake here by accidentally burning the gift certificate. But the fact that Francisco made zero effort to make it right and used poor management skills by basically saying to me “yes I did just make $40 off of you” shows me just what type of business this is!!! I would honestly hate to lose loyal customers over $40. Therefore, I will spread the word about my personal experience. Know that your management skills & experiences just like this one also cause your business to lose some of your most loyal customers!
