Outstanding experience. Friendly staff and quick service. Fantastic Street Tacos – best tortillas I’ve ever had, and the steak was nicely done. The chips and salsa were the true test and they passed with flying colors, especially if you like thin chips and restaurant style salsa that isn’t chunky. Additionally, the salsa actually had good spice level and was exceptionally fresh tasting. Speaking of fresh, I will get their guacamole every time, it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. 10/10 no notes!

This was my second time going to La Terrazita and it was just as amazing as the first time! This restaurant serves more authentic Mexican food than most places around Decatur. I prefer authentic Mexican food over tex mex food because it just tastes better! The atmosphere inside is nice and the outside patio is beautiful. The waiters are kind and welcoming. The food is amazing and the restaurant is very clean and organized inside. Please give this new gem a try!

New place and it is good! Food tastes slightly different than all the other places. That is in a good way. Service was very fast. Portions are good for price. Saw so many things on the menu I want to try, will absolutely be back again!

The best Mexican food in Decatur bar none! Bonus points for having brunch! Since moving to area from Arizona finding good Mexican brunch has been a struggle, I’m glad I came across La Terrazita. I’ll certainly be back!

I wish I had taken pics last night. Ive been to pver 100 mexican restaurants and this is hands down my new favorite. Im very hard to please. The beans and rice were soo good and cooked perfectly.. I had the Quesabirria and it wss perfect along with the juice. I haven’t found a place in north Alabama that makes them to my liking but they were perfect. Even my toddler loved it. Is special ordered mone with light cheese and even that was done to my liking. Mu husband had a chicken meal and I have to say, it was the best ive ever had. Im always hesitant to try new places but sooo glad I did. We will be regulars. We had ordered to go but next time I want to eat outside. Atmosphere was very relaxing and for anyone who likes Margaritas… I saw several tables with them. Don’t hesitate to get food from here!!!!
