I was visiting Williamsburg and took a chance to eat here. I was super impressed y the quality and service. I’m Mexican and grew up in L.A. so it’s difficult to impress me. The carne asada tacos were excellent! The corn tortillas were unmatched and I’m sure they’re made in house. We thoroughly enjoyed the cheese quesadillas as well.

Great lunch spot! Has some of the best American-Mexican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the lunch fajita quesadilla with a side of guac and it was amazing. The textures in the dish blended together well, and even the chips were good (salsa could have been a little chunkier though). So many Mexican restaurants lack fresh vegetables in their dishes, but this place strikes a good balance. Try it out!

We ordered the Carne Asada and absolutely loved it. The steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. We were given very large portions so we had some leftovers to take home. The Orchata drink was huge as well. Our server was kind, very polite, attentive and made our experience even better. I would just like to make a small suggestion, the lighting could be a bit warmer to make it a nicer dining experience. Overall, this was an amazing place for dinner.

We went for an early supper on Friday and were the only ones there at first. I ordered the cheese dip as an appetizer and fajitas for the meal. The cheese dip is slightly smaller than I see at other places, but it really tasted good.
The steak fajitas were really good, some of the best I’ve had. There was plenty of meat and it was almost all without any gristle (not the norm everywhere). There were plenty of toppings, but as always there were not enough flour tortillas. When I asked for some more, they charged me for them. I continue to be amazed that they charge for extra tortillas with fajitas, arguably the cheapest portion of the meal. I can understand not giving too many to begin with, but charging for additional ones has always irritated me.

We went on a trip to Williamsburg, VA and looked for a Mexican restaurant. After evaluating all of them, we decided on La Terraza Grill based on the reviews. It did not disappoint us. The food had an exceptional presentation and flavor, and the service was excellent.

Showed up just before 8pm and had immediate seating. Drinks served right away and ordered within a few minutes of sitting down. Tried the recommended items from the server and everyone was pleased. Large frozen margarita was amazing and $13!

On an excellent weekend getaway for Busch Gardens, we decided to order takeout to eat in the suite.
This place was awesome! The Birria Tacos and Nacho Supreme were full of flavor. Especially the Birria. Also got a to-go Margarita- a must-try!

We were seated immediately. Food was authentic and excellent and also well priced! Tortillas tasted freshly made. They have a nice wine and drink menu. Service was prompt and friendly. Free chips and salsa for the table.
