I’ve passed by this truck at least twice and finally decided to stop for lunch, and I’m so glad I did! I was nervous after moving up here from Texas that we wouldn’t have good mexican food, but this knocked it out of the park. We will definitely be coming back and trying more items. I had the birria queso tacos and the consommé. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually preferred to eat the tacos with their hot sauce over the consommé, but it was also really good. The hot sauce was just really great. It had heat AND flavor. Can’t wait to come back! Also great prices!

Stopped by for a quick pick me up before a hike, ordered a couple tacos, what I received looked like mini tacos. For $6.50 my money can be better spent elsewhere. It tasted ok, but I’d rather go somewhere where portion sizes match the bill

Delicious food, and really good aqua Fresca. I got a birria quesadilla, tamarind aqua Fresca, and a horchata. The quesadilla had tons of meet on it with tons of flavor, super cheesy and nice tender juicy birria. AND it came with guacamole! Free guac, that’s unheard of these days. it was really good guacamole. The drinks were perfect sweetness, very refreshing. The tamarind drink was one of the best I’ve had. My only complaint is that I love spice and their salsa was very mild, barely any spice. Maybe they gave me the white people salsa idk, if you like spice though might want to specify. Other than that 10/10 meal, if I lived nearby I’d go there often. Quesadilla was a lot of food, I’d say it’s a fair price for Washington.

Makes the best honeade style mexican food. I frequent this place very often because it’s so addicting. The tacos de birra is the best from here. As well as the food being great so is price. Can get 2 meals for abot 20 dollars or less.

Wow OMG soooooo goooood!!! We swung in after a hike. I wish I would’ve got a photo of what my husband got too. Food was hot tasted good. The table was clean and very friendly fast service. We can’t wait to come try the breakfast burrito!

Solid food, they have the best Lengua. And really quick service. You won’t be dissapointed. A very well priced and delicious burrito. We’ve stopped here twice after hikes and it’s a solid post hike meal. Will continue to come back!

Food was good. Enjoyed the Supreme Burrito with rice and beans on the side and fried jalapeños. Truck was clean as was the colorful table.
Only negative would be it wasn’t until I passed it that I noticed the truck or the signs. But it was well worth the U-turn on Highway 92.

Great tacos, good prices, convenient location, and open untill 9 after a Saturday hike, what more could you want? This will probably be my go-to stop while going through Granite Falls.

Not impressed. Prices were reasonable, but the tacos de birra with consumè were bland, and the torta mexicana was bland as well as burnt and soggy. Probably won’t go back.
