The waitress wearing white t-shirt today asked me to leave a review since she was so rude and I called her out. So here goes, not only were we seated on a table for 2 when we were family of 4, subsequent tables for 4 were offered pleasantly to family of 3. Even after repeated requests to move, they refused. We stood in line to wait just like everyone else and the white t-shirt lady said she did us a favour by offering us a table. Not to everyone else just us. When we called her out for her rudeness, she said leave a review. The really good food doesn’t make up for spoiling our mood and time.

This place is amazing, we were a little skeptical about the Flammekueche but it was amazing, the munster cheese although has a strong taste so we liked better the regular cheese one. The atmosphere is great, mainly if you can get a table outside. The service is A++. Loved it.

The menu is limited, but don’t worry – you can order just the flammekueche (in several options) which is one of the most famous specialties in Alsace. This quaint spot is perfect for a quick lunch meal looking into the passing tourists in small boats enjoying the view. Don’t be surprised entrence to the restaurant is through the closed market.

A very friendly family owned restaurant with unique recipe for a kind of tarte flambèes they call it flambees that has crep as tartes flambées bread with very different tastes of cheese. The location is amazing next to the Rue Des Ecoles which while eating you will see the people on boat passing and take your pictures.
The staff are all family members and they check on you every 5 minutes to make sure you have everything and you like the food you ordered.
They are super nice with amazing smiles. I love the ambience and the attention they gave me. It felt like home. The interior design is also interesting. Check my pictures please. Hot chocolate was goood. The guy (Ayoub) who made it was even better.
Colmar is a small city but very touristic.
