I come here for my sister’s bread, but we are panning to never come back as the customer service is the poorest I had ever seen. They never greed or thank customers for their business and still have de courage to have a tip jar. Owner has to get involve more and train them better otherwise they will close soon.

My husband and I went in yesterday around 7:45 as soon as we walked in it seemed like everyone working was ready to leave which i was confused about since the website says it closes at 9. We proceeded to order our food which took about 20 min reasonable time i thought until i got into the car and checked my food which was freezing cold unacceptable. we go back and the one who prepped our food did not seem happy that we were back literally just warmed up the same ones we had,at this point our balada and our mexican torta was soggy and nasty. I will never go back to this place.

I went today to buy some cheese and bread, at the point of paying I had the worst check out ever, this young lady was so rude I asked her a question and she replied nasty saying don’t you see how much is it, I try paying with some coins and after that it was over she told me I’m not going to sell you anything because she stated that I had too much coin, I had only 3 dollars in quarters. She was really rude never again going back!!

I am very torn about this place. This food is among the most flavorful, clean and authentic tasting I’ve had in the area but their service is spotty at best. It’s a shame because their pastries are very good too. My favorite Latino pastry is the Semita de Pina (pineapple filled sweet bread) and they make theirs pretty well here. Their Pan Con Todo (a deceptively simple sandwich that is very flavorful made of egg, re-fried beans, and avocado) is among the most unique and best tasting breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. Their Pan con Pollo (a Salvodoran style chicken sandwich with a variety of different veggies) is also on point. This place is good, I just wish their service was better.

Food was good. I liked that no music was playing in the background. It gave me the opportunity to hear and be heard by my companions. In some places, the music is so loud that you feel like you have to yell for others to hear you.

The food here is honestly really good, but they’ve at least messed up my orders at least 4 times already, they give me less than the quality I asked for and I either have to drive all the way back , or they don’t believe me and say they put the WHOLE order in. customer service can be nice at times but other they can be rude. I rate the food 5 starts but customer service 2

I always visit this location and the one in Woodbridge to stock up on baked goods and pupusas – I live out of state. During my most recent visit over Labor Day weekend, I ordered pupusas to go. I called ahead and the food was ready for me at the promised time. I cannot say anything negative about this place or the staff.
