I am on a mission to try alllll of the birria in the Springs, and La Tapatia definitely makes the top of my list! I ordered the birria pizza, which is huge and only $25 (what?!). It came with plenty of salsa, peppers, grilled onions, and consume for dipping. This thing was amazingly delicious. So cheesy, so gooey, so beefy, SO GOOD! And more than enough to feed 2 people with leftovers for a second meal (heats up in the air fryer perfectly the next day). Can’t wait to order it again!

This place, THIS PLACE! Sheesh! Soooo amazing! These ladies provide some of the nicest customer service. I’m a first-timer, the woman I ordered from explained throughly what everything came with. I decided to order the Birria pizza (only $25) soooo good, the consume it comes with was flavorful, and on point! I also ordered the churros which were good as well, and the loaded fries which were additionally delicious! I fed my family of 5 for $45 and there was a lot left over! Will be back again soon!
