Quiet family-owned restaurant within a family home. Seems really authentic. Food was good and fresh. The fried rice with vegetables was a bit boring in terms of seasoning – I had better ones around the island.
Cocktails were good, especially the one with homemade cinnamon rum.
4 stars only because the chicken was, given the price, a bit too small for me.

The restaurant was difficult to locate during evening hours, no clearly marked parking either. Once we finally decided on our meals, we were then informed that our first (and second, and 3rd) choices were, alas, no more, leaving us to order whatever was left in the kitchen’s culinary lucky dip, as hAnger was starting to bite us. The fish, when it arrived, seemed half-cooked, which made for a somewhat unsettling dining experience. The ambiance didn’t do much to improve the situation; it’s essentially a family-run establishment in someone’s backyard, with the seating area covered by a tarp. We wanted to like our visit, but we’d be lying to ourselves. No idea how this place got such high rating and misleading here on Google Maps.

We came to the restaurant without reservation, but it has not been a problem at all. We were there pretty early, so we have been the only guests, but the boss was lighting up the grill for us 🙂 its a family house in a very familiar atmosphere – Laurent and Zereen are very courteous, friendly and helpful, the place has so much charm ! The food is very tasty, the fish was grilled to perfection, side dishes were fresh and well seasoned, even the chill sauce was handmade.
The restaurant is not so easy to find but right on the water.
If you like cats – there is a nice house cat, he likes to get pet very much, so feel free to cuddle him 🙂

We stopped by spontaneously and luckily got a table. The welcome was very warm. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. You sit in a small garden right by the sea. There is a fixed menu that you can then choose from. We chose the grilled fish and the samousa. The fish – there was “capitaine” – was very tasty and was freshly prepared by the chef on the grill within sight. Price wise for fresh fish, it’s totally okay. We’ll definitely come back.

The good is fresh and tasty. The price is reasonable as the fish and seafood is fresh!

A lovely freshly prepared meal, overlooking the water, with attentive hosts, very kind and friendly people. We were the only diners, which is a shame because if people would be happy to stray off the beaten track they would love this experience. Highly highly recommended.
