Incredible experience!!! Highly recommend.
The service was impeccable, the food was amazing- so intricate and each dish had local ingredients. The ambiance and view of the kitchen is great as well. The staff even gave our baby a stuffed animal to keep him entertained. A perfect way to celebrate a special occasion. Definitely the best menu we have ever had.

My partner and I came here for a nice dinner after a day of hiking on Chamonix. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive when we arrived and asked if we wanted to start with a drink on the terrace. The view there is amazing and well worth a drink before dinner service.
Dinner itself was outstanding. We received creative, beatifically played, delicious dishes for the tasting menu. The attentiveness of the staff with the main meal was superb. They even gave a few treats to take home after the meal. Restaurant and bathroom decor were also quite lovely. All around, I highly recommend if you want some fine dining while in St Gervais or nearby.

We’ve been to the restaurant for the New Year Eve dinner and it was full of bad surprises. The fish was unlocked and cold. The meat was very salty. Last, but not least, all 4 people that eat with me felt very sick the second day. I recommend avoiding it. It’s only marketing.

My wife and I really enjoyed the Degustation menu priced at €85 excluding wine. We found the menu good value as the dishes were interesting, well cooked, delicious and beautifully presented. Apparently the chef is working towards gaining a Michelin star and based on our meal it won’t be long before it is awarded. We appreciated being able to watch the chefs at work. The table service team is young and enthusiastic and they were very much a key part of making our visit special. Thanks for making the evening memorable!

After the New Year’s Eve dinner last night, I felt really bad (stomach ache, nausea, very poor sleep). We had a 7 course dinner, 200 Eur/person and we expected a very good experience. Unfortunatelly, the combination of ingredients and probably a bacteria in the undercooked fish impacted negatively our stomach (mine and 3 other family members). My husband and my sister in law went to the restaurant personnel to report the issue but unfortunately they got nothing. Not even a simple ‘We are sorry’. Hospitality is about creating nice and memorable experiences. Unfortunately this restaurant doesn’t understand the concept.

L’endroit est sublime. L’hôtel, le bistrot, le restaurant, le salon de thé ont reconfiguré le village. Aperitif agréable en terrasse. L’intérieur est aussi décoré avec goût et de très beaux matériaux. Le service est impeccable, attentionné mais sans excès.
La cuisine est de bon niveau, maîtrisée, mais nous n’avons pas eu de coup de cœur pour autant. Certaines présentations sont un peu simples, d’autres associations superflues comme une tomate inutile sur un plat de pintade déjà accompagné de foie gras et de champignons.
Au final, un très bon moment. Le rapport qualité-prix est moyen, mais comme souvent en stations de montagne. Mérite un stop par une belle journée.

Un moment juste parfait, nous nous sommes régalé!
Chaque plats du menu “méditerranée” étaient parfaitement réalisés, et le choix des vins tout au long du repas très bien pensé!
Sans oublier les serveurs, souriant & très sympathique, le tout dans un cadre magnifique, nous en garderons un très beau souvenir.
