The deserts are great but I just dealt with the worst customer experience ever. The young lady in there was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes at me when I told her I wanted a tres leches. I wanted to purchase more pastries and she rushed me telling me to come and pay and that I didn’t order a tres leches.

Purchased a Choco Flan slice for $8, overpriced as hell, still I decided to treat myself, just for the treat to be a huge disappointment. The chocolate bread was dried and the flan was bland. No flavor. Will no longer stop there.

I’ve been there twice, I will never ever go there again!!! I was explaining to my wife what they had in english, since she doesn’t speak spanish. I got dirty looks from the older lady behind the counter. I asked her a question and got a rude comment. I then proceeded to speak with her in spanish since she seemed to have an additude. My wife knew I was very mad by my tone and the look on my face. I will never return to this place. Latin people are warm and friendly, the lady I encountered was far from that. Why is she still employed there?! I’ve read other comments and it seems to be the same lady. Spend you hard earned money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. The person seemed to be more interested on her phone than the customer. The tres leches had an artificial coconut taste. It wasn’t bad but not worth $6. Not going back there for sure.
