Food was very good. I had the chalupa plate and my friend had one of the taco plates. We both enjoyed them very much. The charro beans were very tasty and they had 3 kinds of salsa plus Pico de gallo, all homemade and very good. I will definitely go back next time I’m passing through.

Went for dinner and was not impressed. Service was slow. Just one person who took forever to take our order. The menu is nothing like the one posted. It was very hard to read due to the graphics and very limited in choices. I had the tacos de carne asada. It was more like barbacoa since the meat was very chopped. The tortillas were good -handmade. They only offered Mexican sodas or bottled water. Will probably not return.

This took me back to my childhood. The tortillas de maíz tasted just like my abuela’s and the costillas were the best I tasted in a long time. We are definitely making this a favorite place.

The food was good, I got the Cebolla Preparada, and it had a very good flavor. I enjoyed it. Service is a little delayed and distant. The salsas were good as well, 4 different kinds were brought out with the chips as an appetizer.

Menu is good but what takes the prize is the chicken and charro beans. No other place in the rgv has that delicious flavor without it being dry. Been a customer for years with their reasonable prices, good portions and amazing customer service.

Food is okay, but they charge you for carry out. Example you dont finish your meal you get charged to take it home. If you ask for a Mexican drink and a cup to pour it in. They charge you. Seriously besides them who does that?
