First time in and we were not disappointed. I like how they have remodeled and lightened the place up. Still being a new restaurant, the staff is also new, but very nice and attentive. We really enjoyed our meal, I had a pasta dish and my husband had a salad with salmon. We shared a good bottle of wine. All so good. We talked to the owner briefly and he was a nice guy. Side note, excited they invested in the sports bar next door, AC’s. Also, cleaned that place up in an amazing way!

Definitely one of the best, authentic Italian restaurants across Orlando. The carpaccio was perfect and the sauce for the rigatoni vodka was excellent. My server JJ was great, made excellent suggestions which led me to saving room for dessert. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and the perfect quantity. Thank you so much for a great dine in experience. I will be definitely be back!

My family found this restaurant on Google and had great reviews and now we know why! We needed to order take out due to some of our family members not well on Christmas Eve. We placed our order then went to pick it up and had the best experience talking with the owner and the staff while we wait. Only 4 months open in Waterford Lakes area, this restaurant is like transporting to the South of Italy, with tiles from the owners hometown and light coastal decor. It was lovely to chat with everyone and definitely a place we want to return to again and again. The chef is from Rome and the food is the real deal-divine! Everything we ordered was delicious! Bucatini Carbonara, Rigatoni Norcina, and the risotto! As someone who cannot have gluten they were super accommodating and the risotto is all gluten free and I had the Rigatoni Norcina w gluten free noodles and amazing! The family loved the traditional pizza. We all dined at home and felt as if we were transported to Italy with the amazing flavors, fresh basil, seafood, and use of pecorino cheese! Can’t wait to return and dine in person for our next visit!

Wonderful family-owned Italian bistro! Super authentic dishes, friendly atmosphere and Alejandro was a great server. The warm, fresh bread and homemade marinara they brought out before the meal was soooo good. We had the Brooklyn pizza, Bucatini carbonara with grilled chicken, and roasted potatoes – all were exceptional. They also honor different regions of Italy with dinner and dessert specials, so be sure to ask your server! We will certainly be back!

MARINARA: The fresh bread and marinara they give you are incredible. The marinara sauce is in a league of its own. The atmosphere is modern, clean and appealing.
The food was delicious. I recommend getting a Cesar salad as an appetizer. The salad, dressing, and croutons all tasted fresh. We got a picante pepperoni & the Rigatoni à la Vodka. Both dishes were delicious.
Our server, JJ, was awesome. Really nice guy, that was attentive the entire meal. He recommended the Italian margarita and a great white wine for my girlfriend. He checked in on us frequently and I appreciated that. He provided excellent service and I’d eat here again.

I was so excited to try this place as it has great reviews and it did not disappoint! The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the calamari misto which had juicy shrimp and lightly battered fresh veggies. We ordered a small soup of the day and even that was delicious. Will for SURE be returning to try their pastas!

We recently dined at La Strega Bistro and were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and treated like family. We were a party of four, and the attention from the owners and staff was truly exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do.
The food here is on another level. You can taste the quality and freshness in every bite. This is a true scratch-kitchen, and many of the ingredients are imported directly from Italy. The owner is from the Puglia region, and the chef is also Italian and you can absolutely feel that authentic touch in every dish. Fresh, vibrant flavors, perfectly balanced sauces, and incredible textures nothing feels commercial or rushed. This is real Italian cuisine prepared with love and pride.
As a family, we always love supporting small local businesses, and this is exactly the kind of restaurant that deserves it. A beautiful concept, excellent service, and high-quality, fresh ingredients. Orlando is lucky to have this level of Italian dining, and Waterford Lakes needed a place like this!
If you’re looking for a memorable meal, do yourself a favor and visit La Strega Bistro. They recently opened this location (around two months ago) and also have another restaurant in DeBary, FL and after this experience, we will definitely be visiting that location too.

Quaint little location. Love how bright and clean it was, had a little Greek Island or Tuscany Village vibe. Food was perfect, wouldn’t change a thing. The complimentary bread was melt in your mouth fresh. The pasta was homemade and the sauces were the right amount of rich and creamy. Love how it wasn’t oversalted (which I find is often the case at Italian restaurants). My only complaint is the tip options when you pay are 20, 25 and 30 %. This is rather outrageous and places unfair pressure when paying.

We happened upon this place as we were near Waterford Lakes. They opened in September. Really nice atmosphere. Food and drinks were absolutely amazing and delicious. My husband had the hanger steak special with risotto which was delicious and a large enough portion for him to take home leftovers. I had the fusilli Della fattoria (chicken, sausage, and brown white wine sauce) which was delectable and also took home leftovers! Homemade pasta and everything tastes fresh and therefore healthy. We can’t wait to eat our leftovers!! We had the Perugia fashioned (cocoa rim really makes it!) and a classic Negroni which were both delicious. Brandon was a wonderful server with great recommendations! We will 100% be back!!

I’ve made it a habit to try a lot of Italian food ever since my Italy trip. The drink you see is a Hugo spritz which is famous in Italy but you don’t see it here to often so I was happy to have it here. Me and my wife had a carbonara which was soft and light. Light was the best part a lot of restaurants carbonara will have heavy oil but this place did it perfect. Total price $71.
