Needed and oil change an what better way to spend it then getting a margarita! Sat in the bar, very friendly bartender made me a wonderful margarita. Chips and salsa came and then since I had time I enjoyed a chicken enchilada. Very pleasant and experience and they do margaritas to go!!!

Have been a few times and the food has been ok. Nothing spectacular or felt like authentic Mexican food. But tonight something was more than off our whole table was like hey what is with this weird after taste. We all agreed it was bitter sour cream. Our side of sour cream and what came with our bigger meals was bitter and smelt rotten. Got home and all 4 of us had to use the restroom.

We came here for the first time today. Excellent food, I am definitely a connoisseur of Latino food.

I rarely post a review on a business but when I do it is mainly due a unsatisfactory experience. The food here was NOT good! Plain and simple. I think this “Mexican” restaurant gets away with cutting corners as there is not another Mexican restaurant like this in the area to take its business away. La Sierra cuts corners with their food by serving canned beans, store bought chips and a lack of pride or love in their food. It’s unfortunate they charge what they do for the store bought food they serve. If nothing else, they should make in house the beans they serve. It’s a staple and served with every meal in a traditional Mexican meal. The beans are straight pathetic! Save your hard earned dollars and travel just a little further down 99 to Casa Colima for delicious in-house made chips, beans and many other items on their menu. It’s truly upsetting when you’re hungry, driving home from a long road trip and looking forward to a GOOD authentic Mexican meal and then only to be served something that was not fresh and slapped together from items you would buy from a bulk grocery store. Yuk! Pass on this place if you know good authentic Mexican food.

To start I wanna stay, we absolutely love this restaurant. We’ve always gotten consistent yummy food when dining in. However, we decided to try ordering on Grub Hub and were disappointed. We didn’t receive our churro cheesecake or drink. I ordered the #20 like I always do in the restaurant but for some reason they added a huge amount of guacamole on top, but there’s never been guacamole on it when I order it in person. There was also no queso fresco like there normally is. Like I said we normally love this place and we’re very excited to learn we could order it for delivery, but I think we’ll be hesitant to try ordering delivery again. Overall, we are very happy with the service and food, but I’d like to see more consistency with their to go orders too.

Customer service is great. The ambiance is on par with other Mexican eateries. The food was amazing. The carnitas tasted just like mom makes. You know that taste that ties a knot on your throat while you remember all those good times. Just like that movie Ratatouille. I will be back to try other plates for sure.

just not a fan. the chimichanga was really small just ok in flavor and the tostada just didn’t taste right. the service was fine and the restaurant layout was nice. But the little complimentary dessert that they give everyone was weird.. the flavors just didn’t go together but it got the flavor of the other food out of my mouth. look for a coupon if you dare to try it.

Went for dinner. We had either a new waiter or one that was not very competent. After placing our order and waiting another worker came out to clarifiy our order. Got the food and it was very good. Also on the white board by the entrance said $5 house Rita’s. That’s what we ordered and when we got the bill they were $8.25. we asked him about this as we checked out and he just shrugged his shoulders like he couldn’t do anything about it. We did not want to confront so we paid and left. Just a word of advice, check with waiters about specials before you order!

Really slow and the digital order system they use must be new since the waiter had a hard time entering in our orders. Our order was messed up and we were charged initially for items we didn’t order. We did receive a few items comped after the fact but still. The margaritas are good with lots of different options.
