Was picking up a delivery here yesterday and you walk in and it smells amazing. The employees were very nice and engaging, and the selection all looked so enticing. I got a croissant the size of my hand and the baker said she makes turkey sandwiches with them and so that’s what I did. It was delicious! The buttery croissant warmed up was amazing! Can’t wait to try more of their stuff!

Stopped by looking for a coffee and ended up with a delicious ham and cheese pastry as well! It would be easy to drive by the store as it’s very unassuming, but it’s well worth a stop to try. That had tons of sweets and other pastries as well that looked very good.

As an Italian American with a background in working at an Italian bakery, I had high expectations for La Sicilia Italian Bakery & Café in Houston, Texas. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat underwhelming. The small shop with limited seating meant I couldn’t enjoy my pastries on-site, so I ordered to go.

This was our first visit. Everything we tried was fresh and wonderful! I had the pistachio apricot pastry, and all the flavors were there wrapped in a delicate pastry with just the right balance of light flakiness and “chew”. Everything was beautiful! Our coffees were full flavored and had just the right amount of sweetness ….when asked if we wanted sugar. My aunt’s Red Eye was perfect to her taste! I want to go back soon to try the sandwiches! This is a definite repeat go back to place!!! The staff were so patient and helpful! Great place!!!

Great fresh baked pastries. I definitely recommend the calzone. It was delicious. There’s so many options to choose from. Everyone was very friendly. It can be pricey but it’s kind of worth it in my opinion. Seating is a bit limited but at least when I went there was plenty of open seating

SO authentic. I got a box of assorted pastries and was blown away at how authentic everything tasted! They weren’t overly sweet or greasy— everything tasted fresh, and the unique flavor combinations made my visit an amazing experience. I’ve already told several friends about this place! I love it!

Walked in and they were almosted sold out at 11:30pm on a Sunday. We drove 45 minutes out just to try this place so I wasn’t going to be picky since it was my birthday and I’ve been dying to try this place out. I got the biscoff chocolate moose tart and the sfogliatelle, they were both amazing. I’m hoping to go back earlier in the near future because even though these were items I probably wouldn’t have tried, it was worth it.
