We visited tonight for my husband’s birthday after seeing good reviews. We ordered the fried calamari, filet mignon and the seafood linguini.
The fried calamari was thin and flavourful on top, but the pieces at the bottom were bland. The steak was cooked very well and my husband enjoyed it (4/5). My seafood linguini overall was disappointing; the red sauce was good but the shrimp, scallops and calamari had no seasoning, making the dish bland. I even asked my husband to try it to be sure, and he agreed it was bland (3/5).
For dessert, we tried the crème brûlée and Ferrero Rocher cake. The cake was moist and not too sweet, and the crème brûlée was fine but nothing special (3.5/5).
Service and ambiance were decent and it did get busy for a Monday night. Overall, it is a nice place to try once but I would not return.

I’m so glad I’ve rediscovered this restaurant. Used to go years ago often!
The new location is bright and vibrant, decor is first class. Now let’s start with the food, if I give it 6 stars I would. Service was fantastic and the waiter was so accommodating with customized menu items.
The lentil soup just we love it , tomoto salad that I’m still dreaming about! My pasta with scallops was spot on. The wine selection is fantastic! I strongly suggest don’t walk but run there you will absolutely love it.

We were 2 couples eating at this restaurant. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated. Service was good and menu had Table D’hote and A la carte options. We all went with the first. We were treated to a complimentary plate of bruschetta toast and they were nice. The starter salad was good but the angel hair pasta was delicious. I had the chicken Saltimboca and my wife and my friend had the Mediterranean Sea bass and his wife had the lamb shank. The largest portion was by far the lamb. The chicken was good but nothing special. The sea bass was a particularly small portion which was ok for my wife but small for my buddy. All in all, the value is there and food was decent. The standout was the pasta. An enjoyable evening.

Service was great, the server was very knowledgeable about the wine selection and started us off with a very tasty Cabernet. His menu recommendations were on point for each of us. He let us go off menu for dessert when he found out one of us was a cheesecake fan. The food was light and very flavorful.

The food was great, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful in getting everything organized.

I enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner here last night with my family. The waiters were very nice, the bruschetta was delicious, the calamari was light and tasty and the linguini Gigi was excellent!

Must say I was disappointed in the level of service we received ..
For an Italian restaurant the ceasar salad was watery ( store bought dressing) the mussels were very delicious as was my veal . The wine recommendation was right on . Management should get a better hands on to the quality of service offered and try to incorporate a little more atmosphere .

Went to their new location on Boul St Charles in Kirkland, food was excellent, service was excellent! Tried their Linguini Pescatore, which is a seafood platter with pasta, would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back in the future.
