The girl that helped me out behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. Yet the desserts were disappointing unfortunately, I really wanted to like them and the only one that was somewhat good was the cream puff although it didn’t really taste like a cream puff. Give this place a shot, maybe it was just a bad day for me and maybe your tastebuds will like them better.

I hesitate to tell you how great this place is because I want it all to myself! The breads, pastries and cookies so remind me of Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. The sweet smelling cookies, cakes and pastries freshness will fill your senses. Its very clean too. La Scala delivers on what you expect from a great bakery.

They seem to have alot of different items. They even have Napoleons that gave real custard (not the white icing). Most bakeries don’t even have them. It was delicious I also got a Eclair; equally taste budlicious I would have liked to sample everything It all looked so inviting and quite well displayed.

I love this bakery! Awesome cakes, cookies and bread. I went with friends who wanted good bread…as an Italian with celiac disease, I always feel a pang of sadness not enjoying the cookies and pastries I used to love. I was so happy to learn they have a few gluten free options too! (Cookies, cheesecake, mousse). Friendly service too!
