I absolutely loved the vibe of this restaurant. Everything was amazing! The atmosphere, the food, the decor, the music… literally everything. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was my first time at La Santa, but definitely not my last. I’ll for sure be coming back.

I visited La Santa in Tyngsborough on a Wednesday night and wasn’t aware that the restaurant closes at 9 p.m., so that’s something to keep in mind. The restaurant was clean, and customer service was good with no issues.

The night I went, they were hosting trivia in the bar area, which was fun and enjoyable. However, once trivia ended, the restaurant became very quiet for a while with no music, which felt a bit awkward. When music did come back on, it didn’t really match the overall vibe of the restaurant.

The drinks were okay but nothing special, and at around $20 each, they didn’t feel worth the price. The food was decent but not memorable I was expecting something more traditional.

Overall, I’d stop by again if I were already in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit or necessarily recommend it.

The server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun. My sangria roja was ok but lacked zing. I got the arepas and my husband got the fajitas. My arepas were ok. The veggies were fresh. I didn’t like the pork that much but the chicken was good. It lacked flavor that I usually expect. My husband liked his fajitas OK. The beans and rice were bland. Overall it was an OK meal but we won’t return due to the blindness of the food overall and lack of zing We were hoping for more.

Wasn’t impressed with this Mexican restaurant. The cabbage and guacamole didn’t taste and didn’t look fresh and the food overall wasn’t very flavorful. Way too much sauce on everything – it covered the natural taste of the ingredients. Not a place I’d return to.

We went in for dinner at around 6:45 pm on a Saturday evening. The place was busy but not extremely busy either. The server was very rude. She took our order, did not write it down at all, when we asked for extra chips and salsa as we had been waiting for a long time, she bring the salsa and no chips and disappears for 20 straight minutes. I asked the host for a new server and she comes over immediately with an attitude asking if we need a new server, when replied with a Yes, she brings our checks right when the food arrives. As for food, we never got our appetizers, never got the avacado we order but were surely charged for it. When we were leaving, she the audacity to ask if we paid the check or not. It is one of the worst service provided by any restaurant and no apologies from the server. I would recommend to avoid this place if you are looking forward to a meal with even minimum amount of service. Its the Last time I visit this place now.

I got this food via delivery. I always expect a little less quality after delivery. I’d never been here before but I will be going more now. The food was delicious. Got a fajita burrito which was amazing, rice and beans were very good, churro was AMAZING. Can’t wait to visit in person

Used to be a favorite of mine. Ordered a watermelon margarita and it came with a strawberry slice on the glass. Flavor was definitely not watermelon. Could not taste alcohol in my margarita nor did I feel any effects.
Ordered chicken fajitas. Chicken had no flavor. Peppers were barely cooked. Extremely flavorless meal.
Salsa tasted like it was made with ketchup which explains why we left out chips and salsa over.
Something I never noticed before was two prices on the check. One for Cash and one for Crédit Card.
It’s unfortunate that the food was so poor because the Service was awesome.
Officially off my list and unable to recommend.

Went on a Friday night, atmosphere was great. Mostly empty. Music choice was great. Awesome service. We sat down and less than 10 minutes after we ordered we received both our drinks and plates. The food was too good definitely try the Piña loka. Margaritas are delicious.

Good vegetarian options and one of the best salsa and tortilla chips I have ever had.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life!

Got there at 6:45 and was neither surprised nor upset by the 40 min wait — we did choose to come on Valentine’s Day with no res, that’s on us. However, the amount of chaos around us in that 40 mins was insane. 20 people all standing in host area, the host just writing people’s names down with an expo marker not even asking for a phone # or how many people are in the party. People were coming in to add their name to the list but the host was avoiding the host stand so much that after 10 mins of not even being greeted they’d just leave! The bar and all the tables around us were empty but covered in finished food so I don’t know if they had a crazy rush or if they were just wicked understaffed but we weren’t being seated because tables weren’t being cleaned. Even the host ended up bussing tables and running intro chips and salsa to new tables. We were approaching the 35 min wait mark and another staff member started asking the patrons who was next!! We went up to be like hellooo and turns out the host hadn’t even written our name down. We got seated at 40 mins as originally promised so I let it all go.

We get seated at 7:25 and I kid you not it took 35 mins for a food runner to notice that we didn’t even have water. He was bringing entrees to a table one diagonal over from us when he noticed. Even tables that got sat after us already had salsa and drinks. He said he’d get some water and salsa and a server would be with us soon. He brought those over really fast and took our drink order for us. At the 50 min mark we STILL didn’t have a server and still didn’t have our drinks and the only reason we got them is cause I was turned around in my chair the entire time, the food runner made eye contact with me, and a girl finally came over with our drinks and to serve us. The rest of the night was quick and boring. Our server ended up being really nice, food and drink service was fast and tasted good, they did forget the cheese on my fajitas (which btw, why does cheese cost an extra $2???) but they fixed that fast too. We still tipped 20% at the end because despite all this, it’s one of the busiest holidays in the service industry, our server was nice, I could see how in the weeds all of the servers were, and I’ve been there before in my 10 years of service industry. It truly was those initial 35 & 50 min waits once we were sat that drove me up a wall. I was both on the verge of tears and walking out. I was in a rage and NOT a cute V Day date. My husband was about to ask for a manager when someone finally helped. We wouldn’t have gotten service if that bus boy hadn’t noticed but he made it pretty clear we were simply forgotten about or our server wasn’t notified her table was sat. Plus the server for the table diagonal from us came over to them like 5 times in those 35/50 mins! Wouldn’t she have told someone hey your table’s been sat forever?

Safe to say we will NOT be back! Overall, the bus boy saved us, our server was nice, and the bartender for that whole restaurant is a saint. I could see how many printer papers she was behind on, and because I do this too, I could see her printer was running out of paper with the red stripe
