The food here is incredible!!!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Salsa Verde on Coit. The manager was incredibly condescending, verbally bullying, and then actually hung up on me instead of resolving the issue. That alone tells you everything about the leadership and customer service at this location. No one deserves to be talked down to or dismissed like that, especially by a manager.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Carrollton Salsa Verde instead completely different experience, respectful staff, and how customer service should be. Night and day difference.

I had a terrible experience at La Salsa Verde Taqueria. After waiting for an hour in a packed and uncomfortable space, I never even got my tacos. To top it off, they close super early, which left me without any options. Not worth the hassle; I’ll be looking elsewhere for my taco fix.

The tacos are actually good, but that’s if you get them. 70% of the time this places is packed and the orders take up to 1hr. I think they have enough money to expand into a bigger space, since the tacos do sell. I hope they expand because they sell great food.

Si les pudiera dar 0 por el servicio lo aria. Angela es la PEOR persona que puede estar atendiendo si estas de malas en tu trabajo pues mejor estarse en casa para estar viendo malas caras. This is a place of business.. tried calling maybe 5 times and she kept hanging up. Came inside waited in line and witnessed the lack of customer service!! Like i can not express how BAD having a worker like this young lady REPRESENT YOUR business salsa verde!! Do better or train your employees better even the clerk attends the customers way more efficient!!!

The food was ready quick and the chicken tasted great just like other locations I’ve visited. However, I was a bit surprised when I got home that the tacos don’t come with onions, cilantro, and lime or any sauce. I’m hoping this was just a one-off and they forget during the lunch rush, but luckily I had onions and lime at home. I’ll definitely ask next time I make an online order, perhaps you need to select additional options for this location.

Very good food. If the food wasn’t good, I’d think it was pricey. The quality was worth the price. I ordered four of the small tacos, all different flavors, and the quesa birria with consomme. Everything was hot, fresh, and so much flavor. I ate there and tried the three salsas that are on the bar. It has a nice range of flavor profiles that everyone can find a favorite. It’s busy at lunch time, as it should be.

Everything was great except the fact that there’s very cramped space to sit, not comfortable at all but the food is definitely worth it. I wish they would open a full restaurant here in Richardson instead of a tiny gas station stand. These tacos are soooo good we need a bigger space!!

You would think tacos in a gas station??? Naw … But baby let me tell you!! These tacos are so delicious I use my translator when I go in and they are so patient and polite. Everything is always fresh and made to order. You will not see anything just sitting waiting to be ordered. They’re always busy and it’s so worth the wait!! The wait isn’t normally more than 10min
