Just had an amazing meal at La Sabrosa Hondu-Mexican Restaurant! We ordered the beef soup (served with rice and tortillas), Pollo con Tajadas (fried chicken with fried green bananas topped with cabbage and special sauces), and Anafre—fried beans mixed with melted cheese served with chips. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The service was top notch, super friendly and attentive. Definitely a must-try spot!

La Sabrosa Hondu-Mexican Restaurant blew me away. The torta was incredible, the meat was flavorful, the sausage had that perfect taste and everything was fresh and satisfying. Portions are generous, prices fair, and the staff makes you feel welcome. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving authentic Honduran-Mexican food. I’ll be back for sure!

I had the pleasure of eating lunch on August 5th. The owner and her staff were so attentive and nice. My appetizer was the charro beans. They were different than any I have ever had. They were full of vinegar. I guess its an aquired taste. The barria tacos were a hit for me . We had like 4 orders Simply delicious. I also tried the chicken and shrimp fajitas. I would have like them alot more spicier . I wasnt fond of the rice it was kinda bland for me. My cousin had the fajitas bowl . It was huge and filled the rim with goodness. The watermelon margaritas were refreshing, not too frozen but still good.

The food looked amazing but as I opened my plate I smell something spoil I couldn’t figure it out so I tried the food it was the rice and it was still hard so I started testing out my tacos they was ok just no seasoning taste at all .. down to my last taco I chewed something hard I pulled it out and I seen long legs attached at this point I’ll never go again .I only went because someone wanted to buy me dinner .. $28 was wasted . Went there and ordered 2 street tacos with al pastor(grilled pork) and they were fantastic. The meat was tender and juicy and grilled to perfection. Usually I have to travel to Covington to get good tacos but now they’re in my back yard. Service was great. I will be back.
