I have been waiting a long time for a Cuban bakery to bless PSL! I love the vibe when you walk in. They even have a window to order from outside! The pastelitos were yummy! Looking forward to visiting often

Saw them driving by earlier this week, promised myself a visit on the way home yesterday!

Kind and courteous fellow patrons, friendly and welcoming staff – outdoor seating coming shortly!

I got a coffee and pastry, both fantastic and prices in line with similar businesses.

The Marr is a chilled coffee-chocolate concoction, perfectly aligned with my taste buds, too. Not overly sweet, but extraordinarily flavorful. The two flavors together make a new flavor profile!

My guava pastry was still warm from the oven, and fruit filling actually had the full-flavor taste of fruit, too. Filling is generously distributed inside the flaky layers of perfectly-baked pastry. One of my favorites!

They’ve just recently opened, so get over there and show them some love, folks!

I was so long waiting for this place opens! The quality food that I try ( pastries, ham croquetas, Cuban desserts like Torrejas and a slice of Brazo Gitano) was very good in general.
This are my BUT:
The Guava Oriental Pastel is not the original, it have the same texture than the regulars, so technically is not the oriental pastry. They don’t sell bread ( I was expecting it has a bakery) some Cuban bread or something similar.
And mostly all of the food like sandwiches I saw while I was there takes a bit of time, but they look good! So give them a chance! And wish lot of success!

La Rubia is a family-style Cuban bakery offering a wide variety of freshly made pastries starting at $1.75, along with sandwiches, fresh juices, coffee, cakes, and desserts.

They also offer catering and party platters, which is great for events, family gatherings, or office orders. Everything is consistently fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. A great spot for breakfast, lunch, or something sweet.

10/10 the best cuban bakery in town. The customer service was like no other. Their pastries, bocaditos and croquetas are the best. My husband is Puerto Rican and does not like croquetas and he ate about 8 of them. He enjoyed them. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thank you for making my grandmother’s 80th birthday so special.

What a gem! Homemade lusciousness. I’m hooked on the empanadas & love that they have a baked empanada option. Best tasting cuban sandwich in the area! Everything is fresh. Cuban pastries are light and very tasty. The only downside is no tables inside or outside. Even so we sneak over there whenever we can. They put love in everything they create!

We came here October 22 and I’m hoping that they have improved. It was a sorry excuse of a Cuban sandwich and a wretched operation that included a stapled set of papers and that was their menu. No signage no nothing.

Our sandwich wasn’t even hot and they made us wait forever and right off the press it was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and just take a look at the photo.

Their pastries were ok.

Authentic Cuban toast, coffee and pastries… I haven’t had a meal yet but, this place is amazing! The young ladies there are super nice, excellent customer service, even when super busy! So happy I’ve found my Cuban cafe after recently moving to PSL from Miami! I love it and it’s much better than Vicky’s. Sorry.
