Stopped in here 2 other ppl on Sat night. Everything was phenomenal. I wasn’t sure about a few dishes and samples were immediately offered up. The toughest choice is what meat to pick because everything was so good. Perfect Mexican food cooked with care!!!! Everything A+++!!!

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Lakeland, look no further than Rosita’s Restaurante on N. Wabash Ave. This place is the real deal! I tried the pork chop with salsa—a little spicy but not overpowering—and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, fresh, and reminded me of something my abuela would’ve made with love.
I also had the steak with the Catius again, not too hot, just the perfect amount of spice to bring the flavors to life. Everything on the plate felt like homemade comfort food.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel like a home away from home. It’s no exaggeration when they say this is the best Mexican food in Lakeland. Rosita’s is definitely a 10 out of 10 in my book. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends.
