My husband has eaten here 4 or 5 times. I joined him today because he keeps talking about how good it is. He was right. I’ve eaten at many Mexican restaurants La Rosita rates in the top 3. The atmosphere is clean and cheerful. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The chips were fresh as was the tasty salsa. They gave us each a small bowl of salsa which I appreciated. I don’t like sharing a bigger bowl and reaching across the table. The menu offered authentic Mexican dishes. I had a beef steak quesidilla husband had steak with grilled cactus jalapeños and green onions. The food was great. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite restaurant in Swainsboro. The staff is always very friendly and the food is phenomenal. I’ve never craved a restaurant’s food like I do with La Rosita. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They also recently updated the tables and chairs and they’re beautiful. An actual artwork on each table. I can’t wait to place another order with them.

The atmosphere was good.
The guys providing customer service need to do a little bit better job so that they make sure that when you’re seated that they give you menus and your utensils right away.
Took our drink order but then they forgot to give us the menu and we sat there for like 20 minutes waiting on a menu. I understand with them just reopening but that there’s very common thing with all restaurants.
They were very fluent in their English so if you do not speak Spanish you can still hold a conversation with them. It does not go against your service whatsoever.

Coming here is so fun. I come here with friends and I almost always get the steak taco bowl because it’s very yummy. The parking is good and free but there aren’t any parking lines. The store has plenty of items. It’s clean and has what I would call a kid friendly atmosphere (though I don’t trust what plays on their TV) this is a good option if you wanna go somewhere that is cheap and has decent food.

This place was really good in the beginning. I personally missed the old al la cart menu. A side of rice and beans shouldn’t be 6$. Most of the plates are big servings but the tiny tacos for almost 9$ is kinda crazy to me
