Very good food. We ordered the seafood soup with tomato sauce, which was incredibly rich. The spaghetti al vongole was at the perfect texture – Al Dente. The raw seafood platter was refreshing .
Service was good the water was very nice. I don’t get why so many negative reviews about the service.

A quietly old-school place that still delivers excellent fish
Yes, Risacca Blu feels a bit stuck in the 1990s with its table settings, the way plates are cleared after orders, and the overall atmosphere. But the food is impeccable, straightforward, and good. We started with raw gamberoni and scampi – flawless, fresh, and of excellent quality. For the main course, we had the branzino in a salt crust. Again, the product quality was very high, cooked perfectly in a classic style, moist, and expertly filleted at the table. The crème brûlée for dessert was unfortunately poorly executed, with a custard-like consistency rather than the classic creamy texture.
In summary, anyone looking for top-quality fish prepared in a classic, simple manner will leave happy, as long as they can overlook minor service quirks and the dessert shortcomings. I will definitely return.

Had great lunch with friend. Very nice local and not touristic
restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful. The waiter ordered for us great dishes. Warmly recommended. Will come again. Thanks

I brought my friend from abroad to La risacca Blu because i tried all the other La risacca in Milan and were very nice. But the manager was very very unhappy to have us there. He treated us as if we did something wrong. Very unpleasant dinner experience wasting 70 euro.

Upon entering, we were rudely greeted at the front door. I told them I had a reservation for 4 people tonight and they escorted us to a back table where they had to combine two smaller tables. All the other tables were set up already but it seemed like ours was just abruptly put together. I asked for a high chair for my daughter and they said they didn’t have one. We ordered four dishes and a bottle of wine. The food was mediocre at best. The pasta was extremely salty. The mixed raw fish platter was not fresh at all and on our way out, we saw the fish in tin foil boats on a counter by the door. We weren’t even given proper cutlery for our meal. We had butter knives at the table even though no butter was served and they didn’t offer us proper knives when our food came out. We chose to have dinner at this restaurant because it’s Michelin recommended but I left so disappointed.

Chef Carmelo and Giovanni took care of us. La Risacca Blu is a wonderful seafood restaurant
where you can try some delicatessen from the Mediterranean sea: tuna, astice, aragosta lobster, scampi and a wide selection of amazing wines to pair with the yummy and delicious food. Dessert and digestive from Calabria were also great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Thanks a lot!

Octopus with oil, lemon and potatoes (EUR 26) – The octopus could have been fresher. The texture was like a sausage.
Anchovies of the Cantabrian sea with butter and hot crostini (EUR 25) – Could be better.
Turbot (EUR 78) – More fried than grilled. Not gelatinous and didn’t come with much skin. Lacked flavour and the oil tasted refried.
The service could be much improved.

Fantastic restaurant. Filled with Italians. Don’t expect them to be friendly with you.

Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant. Staff are rude and rarely smile. We were the first to enter at dinner opening time and had reservations. They stuck us in a back corner because of our small children which is fine but the service was so bad it wasn’t even funny. Mediocre food and extravagant prices. The highlight was the octopus and potatoes which was good but didn’t warrant the price. We had the mixed raw fish and it was flavorless and almost pungent. When we left we saw that the fish was left out on a counter near the doorway. The spaghetti and mussels were so salty we were all so thirsty afterwards. The mixed grilled fish was simply inedible as everything was overdone. Simply put Michelin should be ashamed of themselves for recommending a place that lacks not only decent food but terrible customer service as well.
