The shrimp was decent but lacked flavor in the breading. Food Temperature was not the hottest either. Fries and shrimp were lukewarm. Fries also lacked flavor. The carne asada was good however according to my husband. Salsa and chips were average. The atmosphere is laid back. Layout is a bit different but nothing to complain about. Main thing we didn’t like was pricing. Paid 70$ for 3 people. I understand rising costs of food but this was a bit much for a non high scale Mexican restaurant. Refills are not free and they charge over 2$ card processing fee. The lady had originally told me 1.75 but my receipt said otherwise. Nothing to rave about here. Probably would not return but it is not a bad place overall.

This is a very good place to eatthey have seafood and always see taste fresh to me. They prepare Mexican food as well. I have not had a bad plate. Any time that we have gone to this restaurant? You can buy catfish by the paddle shrimp by the pal gorgeous. Choose your plates as you see, though. They also have a thing called for seafood tower. Don’t miss it.Yall!!!

Best place in town for chicken fried steak, the gravy is excellent! They also have some of the freshest fried shrimp & fish in town. Their yummy tartar sauce is a big plus!!

The food was okay can’t complain on that, but the service was absolutely terrible only getting check on twice to order our food and drink and to top it off when I was trying to pay they where sitting down right Next to me for about 5 mins while I’m standing there waiting to pay only way they got up is when another lady came behind me overall 2/10 for that I rather go somewhere with a nicer environment and staff

Got the enchiladas de Camaron, and it was wonderful. This place was packed so I knew it had to be good, and I was right! If you’re in the area craving Mexican food, this is the place to go.

I had the oysters with french fries and a side of guacamole salad. Everything was perfect. The best oysters in Corpus Christi cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back. I went at 12:15 on a Wednesday so it was packed. I was surprised how quickly my food was brought out to me. Service was great!
UPDATE: Took my wife here for her birthday 2 weeks later (May 2024). I had the number 60: a huge tilapia filet with 3 oysters, 3 shrimp, fries and a salad. That was a lot of food! We also had a side of guacamole and chili con queso. It was my only meal for the day and I was stuffed! Once again, excellent service with great food! We will be back.
