La Reyna Michoacana is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in North Alabama! I have been to this place frequently, and every time they treat me like family, offer me great customer service, and consistently deliver fresh plates without a long wait. They have a range of all the delicious flavors that Mexico has to offer and never fail to impress me. I don’t even go to the other restaurants in the food court anymore.. this is the spot.

I have been eating here for over a year and have never been disappointed. This week I decided to order the Papitas Lokas but asked to have nachos substituted for the papas fritas. They were VERY kind, offered extra cheese, and the chips were fried very well with a nice crunch (but not too greasy). The mix is always very well balanced. Whether It’s the hot dogs, noodles, French Fries, or Nachos. I usually grow tired of the Mexican restorations but this one keeps me coming back!

The birria pizza was not hot LIKE THEIR BOX SAYS , cheese was not melted just a bit too much for me
The meat inside tasted just like BOILED UNSEASONED ROAST that was cooked on high to long !!!
No seasoning on any of the beef !!!
THE CHICKEN Quesadilla was good a little oily but definitely the star of the night
The menu needs some revamping it’s to much , I’m just sad I have to go out to get dinner again after spending $60 here

Didnt open till 1130 only took card and then i only ordered the ramen had to wait another 20 min on my food. They gave it too me in a large cup instead of a bowl and it tasted old so when i asked for a refund they said they dont do refunds

Today was my first time visiting La Michoacana at Parkway Place Mall, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I ordered a Dubi chocolate cup, and it tasted spoiled—like something was definitely off. I took it back up to let the staff know, and the woman just looked at me like I was crazy. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. I ended up wasting $15 on something I couldn’t even eat. Definitely won’t go back
