Very fast service! The food was really good, and I was very happy that they sold goat meat as an option for a meat. Everything was delicious. We dined in, and it took maybe 15 minutes max to get our food, from our appetizer order to our main food. Will definitely be back, and I definitely recommend.

Apologies if I’m a bit chatty today! Staying overnight at a local Hampton. Wife said let’s do Taco Bell. I said nah, let’s do better. Found this wonderful place! Placed an online order through Toast and drove 2 minutes to do a curbside pickup. When I called the pickup number, they apologized because their internet had been down. Rather than sit in the car I went inside. Nicely laid out place with booths and tables. Clean and busy with a mix of what appeared to be college kids and families.

The food is good but the quality has gone done a little bit over the years. It’s still worth having and my go-to spot for Mexican food in Iowa City. Way better than anything else in the area. I always get the cali burrito and it has never done me wrong. It’s also the only place that doesn’t give you free chips and sauce.

This place used to be very good, but not anymore. The tacos are not as good as they were and the service even worse. I was there over the weekend and they didn’t cooked the food the way I asked to, and also they charged me twice and when I called to tell them, they told me to take my bank statement to them so they can see it. So now I have to drive 80 miles just to prove to them that they charged me twice. I will never come back to this place and I don’t recommend it….

Amazing!!! My husband is extremely picky and only likes authentic Mexican food. This is hands down THE BEST authentic Mexican cuisine in Iowa City. The staff are friendly and efficient. The prices are good too. The place is clean and the little store next door is great.
