Omg, this ice cream is phenomenal. First time to michoacana. ive had this belief it would be watery ice cream. But to my surprise, this was very good thick ice cream and the flavors challenges baskin robbins. I will have no problem goin here again as a great ice cream spot. I did not notice milk shakes and believe they may not have them. Oh and it was very clean, the displays are mkuth waterying, it is a nice place for ice cream.

I love this place… but I came here for the fact that they have the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and I purchased some for my 1st time and they were delicious. I went in a second time and they hardly added chocolate or pistachio cream it was dry. The girl that took my order was rude always has a stink face if you don’t like your job why do you work there. The 1st girl that took my order the 1st time I went was super sweet and polite unlike the girl of today. If I decide to go again and if I see this girl I will not be wasting my money here.

The place is super clean, but they need to be careful where and how they spray the cleaning solutions. I asked for a chilindrina, but I asked for the wheat snack to be separate so it wouldn’t be soaked by the time I got home. The mix was delicious, but the chicharron (wheat snack) tastes like fabuloso (the cleaning solution). I saw the girl look through the stack of chicharrones and gave me the one left in an open package (that’s fine) but it had been left open and exposed. Maybe they can put tape or a clip and keep the packages sealed. It left a terrible after taste and ruined the food. Aside from that the pine nut ice cream was really creamy and nutty.

Very clean. The people serving are very friendly and accomodating. Loved the place and people. The location is family oriented. Has many selections of flavors(I was actually having a difficult time choosing [my 1st time there]). Lots of parking.

Super long wait, ridiculous. I come from Northern California so I obviously waited since I came so far. The floor is super filthy, lots of trash on the floor. Hardly any employees working which is absurd because it’s a popular place. This location isn’t worth it. I had ordered Agua de Nuez and it was super watered down, didn’t taste like anything.

Absolutely fell in love with this place the first time I came in which was about 8-10 months ago and each time I return never fails at how sweet the staff is, let alone the sweet variety and freshness in everything they offer — which includes delicious ice cream, paletas, frozen bananas, cut fruit, aguas, tortas, nachos and soooooo much more. Do yourself a favor, try it out.
