Had a great experience here. The chicken fajitas arrived sizzling with perfectly charred peppers and onions. The rice was fluffy, and the beans had a nice melted cheese topping that hit the spot. Our server was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely worth a visit!

Very below average imo. Ordered a chicken burrito meal. Came with nothing. No beans. No rice. Just a tortilla with what tasted like canned chicken and a small amount of cheese. No spice. No seasoning. Just chicken and cheese. Extremely basic. Not worth the 10+ dollars that was paid. I could have done that myself at home and saved the 10 bucks. The salsa was good. Had a good flavor and wasn’t overly spicy. But the main dish was not good at all. The service was not great either. Had to ask for a menu. Twice. Ended up just looking online. Had to ask for silverware. The bill was all combined onto 1 check. Just little, lazy things made it a place I won’t go back to.

I came here for a luncheon. I was skeptical at first because I had gone to another location in the past. This restaurant right off was great! Fast service! Our food was out pretty fast the waiter was amazing! The food, I’m pretty particular with my rice and beans. They were great! I got the chicken fajitas with flour tortillas, flour tortillas were real ones! Not the fake store bought. I really enjoyed this place! Will definitely come back.

The worst service. The chips and salsa was absolutely terrible. The salsa definitely came out of a can it tasted like metal there were no chucks of tomatoes or onions. The chips were extremely small and tastes foul. The Chicken enchiladas were disgusting the chicken chimichanga was terrible it was all chicken barely any cheese. The cheese was shredded sharp cheese there was no crema. The rice and beans were good. Whatever chicken in sauce they put on the plate was disgusting and way to spicy. It wasn’t listed in the disruption on the menu of the meal or even the picture that was on the menu. The black olives on both of my dishes were old stale and tasted like metal.
Also the booths were very small we felt like we had no room to move around or sit comfortably the chairs were so worn down.

2.5/5. Pretty meh experience. I got the taco salad and the meat tasted a little funky and super fatty. The lettuce was pretty unimpressive. They also didn’t have a dressing for the salad and instead had a sour cream package with it. My partner got the fajitas and they were pretty good. The shrimp had tails on it though. Should have tried the chimichanga. I would maybe give it one more chance.

My sister-in-law was interested in their spicy rib platter and it didn’t disappoint. My beef chimichanga was delicious, but I would like it fried more crispy. I didn’t personally care for the house salsa, but the two ladies liked it so ill give it 2 out of 3 votes. Decor was clean, didn’t have to wait to be seated, and all the staff were interacted with were very nice.

The food was not pleasant. Our plates were brought to us, and the waiter never told this. It was hot, and he actually burned my husbands hand with the plate as he was serving us. There was absolutely no service. The food, like I said, was not pleasant, and the service was straight up. Zero.
And the top of when we went to pay their tap to pay was broken, and they weren’t accepting Apple Pay. Which would’ve been nice to know. Ahead of time.

I went there on a Sunday December 28th. I was seated at my table in a timely manner. Food came out in a timely manner. However, I ordered the large combination plate which in the menu said it was $13.99. I also ordered a soft drink which was $3.25 okay. No big deal. The tostada and the tacos do not come with hamburger meat. They put chorizo’s in the tacos and tostadas which was very odd. I cannot eat that. So I asked for hamburger meat. I got charged for that. On the large combo it comes with the cheese enchilada. I was not asked if I wanted cheese on top of everything. They just automatically put it on there and I get my bill and it’s $26. I was freaking livid so I questioned it. I got charged for the cheese I got charged for the hamburger meat. What if I was allergic to the chorizo that they put on the tostadas or the tacos then what would they have done? I barely get my plate start eating and the lady already brings me my check and a to-go box and I thought to myself how rude. I haven’t even really begun to get into my food yet. It’s like she was trying to push me out of there and that’s what I felt like. Hurry up and get out never ever again. Will I go to that place? I would not even recommend it. The most number one place I find that’s more friendly that I’ll continuously go to will be Manuel’s El burrito. I will never go back to La puente again

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was fresh and it came out fast.
I can’t say there was anything super unique about the flavors, but that didn’t make it any less good. It was just your typical but delicious Mexican food.
The chips and salsa was really the only thing lacking. The salsa wasn’t much of a flavor but it had good spice. Other than that, no complaints!

One of my favorite mexican places. To be fair i feel like all Mexican restaurants are very comparable. This one barely stands out a little more.
The salsa is puree’d very runny, but i do like it like that. Maybe just slightly more chunky would be better. But it’s free dining in. Chips are also pretty good.
The smothered burrito is my favorite. It’s the kind with the brown gravy with chunks of pork style of smothering, and they give you a lot. It’s like a soup with a burrito in the middle. I love it!
We also love their qasadilla and ask for them to put steak and olives on it. They do this with the small diced up steak chunks, that have the good grill char on them.
Atmosphere is fine. Service is fine. Nothing bad, nothing amazing, just fine.
I will note if you get food “to go” you get a lot less. The smothered burrito comes with a small 4oz cup of sauce. Dine in it’s like 20oz. Salsa to go you get two 4oz cup, instead of endless. Etc.
