When I was working on the go, a quick stop for a coffee and pan dulce(sweet bread) followed up with a torta de chorizo con huevo(chorizo w scrambled eggs) would be all I need before the sunrise. The staff in this small hardworking panadería (bakery) work time for you to be in n out in no time, very friendly and good humored. You tell them what you need and they got you covered. I moved to Valinda over 35 years ago. I needed to find a new Mexican Bakery. I have been patronizing this bakery ever since. My main tradition was alway going here on New Year’s day to get bread for the Rose Parade viewing. Last January was the first time they closed for the holiday.
