The food was so divine that we couldn’t wait to take pictures we just dug right in! The trio of dips that were complementary were outstanding as well. I highly recommend the flan and the tres leches as dessert! ( the desserts are not pictured because we ate them too fast but they blew me away with the amazing taste.) 10/10 flan (i was genuinely thinking about going back and buying 14 more)

Decided to try this small Mexican restaurant and was very surprised at the speed of service, prices which are probably average and the amount of excellent food! Not packed full of rice, a winner for my taste. My opinion is this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve visited. Definitely worthy of a second visit.

Great authentic tasting south of the border cuisine. I had the steak asada which I thought was excellent, and my wife had the steak fajitas that she also enjoyed. The service was good and like I said, the food was great, but they were a little stingy with the chips and salsa. They do not have hot sauces on the tables either. I will definitely like to try them again.

Okay, so every Mexican restaurant in the area has about the same food with about the same ingredients. Not so here! Dear lord the food was unique and tasty and amazing. Seriously in a league of its own in the chippewa Valley. Also very inexpensive for the quality and sheer volume of food. There’s also a small Mexican grocery store in the restaurant. I cannot tell you how long I’ve waited to find a place like this.

Eau Claire has a plethora of Mexican restaurants, so I wouldn’t so bold as to declare any place as “the best”, but this place is my favorite. The burritos are AMAZING. I had the tacos today. We usually do carry out. The menu has been modified through the years, but I can still order my faves, even if not on the menu. The dine in experience is simple, with attentive service, Mexican beer and margaritas.
