This place is sooo good! The birria was dynamite! The Al pastor quesadilla was epicness and the atmosphere is lively and fun.
The staff member Giovanna was PHENOMENAL! We wanted to get more tacos than their orders come with and she did not hesitate to add extra things!

Spotted this place after a morning workout at Aloha Kihei Crossfit. Came back Tuesday night for tacos, delicious Mahi Mahi and seared Ahi tacos. Great horchata, too. Specials every night, definitely coming back. Super clean, I mean CLEAN, fun decor, clearly a family run business.

OK, so the food is really really good! But I think what’s going to put this restaurant on the map is there spicy red salsa. I’ve been in most of Mexico, Cartagena, Colombia, Tucson, Arizona, and many parts and this is by far the best salsa I think I have ever tasted. So if you can handle a little spice, don’t miss a chance at trying this. The margaritas were delicious. Service was good with a smile. I highly recommend it!

Great food overall. The lengua was by far the best, very well seasoned. Ahi ahi taco not great, couldn’t really taste the fish.

Got the birria tacos and loved them! We’ve eaten here a few times and we keep going back to make sure it’s as good as we say. Great flavors and the food is consistently delicious, lots of seating and the staff is the friendliest. Great breakfast spot as well.

Came here late in the afternoon. Was delighted. A lot of authentic Mexican food that is really well done. My wife is gluten free and I’m vegetarian and there were a ton of options for both of us that were clearly labeled.
Restaurant is relatively small tucked away in a retail area but service was good and the food was probably the 2nd best meal I had in Maui. My wife also loved her horchata and coffee

I had the veggie taco plate and I was really disappointed with my meal.
The veggie tacos only had lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese.
It was overpriced for what I got.
I’d recommend including at lest guacamole, more veggies or some sort of vegan meat option for the tacos.
I don’t recommend it to vegetarians.

How are you going to operate a restaurant on island and be so rude on sight to Hawaiian local delivery driver serving your customers. Owner can reference the date and time of this post to see how their workers just put bag on counter and no say order ready, I’m waiting like fool and also so nasty for no reason. I walked in there no threat, nice and for Jesus sake an Isiah shirt so unless you don’t like Christ idk what the issue was

If you’re looking for traditional Mexican food, we are talking good refried beans and cheesy enchiladas, you have found your place in Hawaii. I’m a bit of a spice hound and the habanero salsa coupled with the warm tortilla chips was irresistible! If you can’t take the heat, the house salsa was fresh and delicious.
Because this place is located outside of the hotel zone, you’ll save a few bucks.

I eat here about once a week and love it. The food is consistently delicious. The staff is super friendly. Prices are affordable. The dining hall is always clean and comfortable. There are a lot of Mexican food options here, but I choose LP.
