We all loved this pizza! The sourdough crust was perfect! Both chewy and crisp! The flavor from the wood fire pizza over was amazing as well. We got cheese and pepperoni and loved both!
The woman we spoke to on the phone to order was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The delivery was quick and easy as well. They even brought us plates and napkins, so thoughtful!
I will definitely be ordering from La plaza again and highly recommend their food!

Got the roasted elote, mayonnaise and jalapeno pepper pizza yesterday at La Plaza pizza located in the Plaza Colorado Market.
Pizzas here are baked in a wood fired oven with a New York/Neapolitan style dough that is stretchy, with a nice bubbly light pizza oven char finish. The toppings were of very good quality and Erin did a great job of rotating the pizza in the oven to attain an even bake across the entire surface of the pizza. I’m looking forward to trying the other pizzas on the menu.

The wood-fired oven makes all the difference — the crust comes out perfectly charred and chewy with that smoky flavor you only get from real fire.
I had the pepperoni — best in Aurora. Real NY style. Flavorful sauce, great cheese pull, and just the right amount of crisp. You can tell they care about the ingredients – totally fresh – and what they’re doing.
Great vibe, super friendly, and you can get a slice or a full pie.
Grab a drink at El Matador Bar while you’re there.
