First of all, this place is small and it’s hard to find a table even without rush hour. As for food, my wife got the shrimp in garlic sauce and it was ok. I got the fried tilapia and enjoyed it. The tilapia is the whole fish and it was a challenge to pick out the small bones though. The salsa and chips weren’t a big deal. The Salsa was way too watery but it was hot and it did go well with the tilapia. Rice and beans came with both plates and they were good. The flavored water was delicious as well, I really recommend the agua orchata over Jamaica but both were good. One problem was the dirty table, the sides of the table specifically was sticky. We actually moved to bar area because of how unsanitary if felt. I liked the atmosphere and will return to try something else.
