Went here because its across from the hotel that I’m staying at went on a slow day ( pretty empty).
The area (for me) feels super cluttered there is alot with the decorations going on but still cute alot of room for families if you want to be outside or inside they also have a small upstairs too. Which is a plus!
Server that helped me was super cool friendly.
For me the food looks amazing! I ordered the bahia shrip platter. The jumbo shrimp cooked perfectly breaded ok flavor great. Nice portion for one person.
For one person being 30$ is kinda of alot.
Over all it was expensive,servers were amazing, the inside was a bit grunge but If you want some good Mexican food try this place I did not notice anything wrong with the place. Would go again

Went to eat here with my mother in law and husband. The food was horrible. The cóctel de camarón was super thick with ketchup and had almost no shrimp, just chile, tomate and cebolla. The tostadas de ceviche were horrible, they had frijoles, had no salt or lime. We had only asked for the tostadas and had to argue with them about charging us for a plate when we had specifically asked for just the tostadas. The plate was almost completely untouched. The Coca-Cola bottles were super dirty and looked expired. They were very rude about it and really expensive! Do not recommend. Also, my husband and mother in law speak only Spanish and they were super rude about it and would answer them in English or act like they didn’t understand them. But it’s a “Mexican” restaurant!

We went in yesterday for a staff lunch. The restaurant had no one but us a table of 11 people. And I saw that because our waitress got None of our orders correct, we never got refills on our drinks throughout the whole meal, same watered down drinks! Where is everyone. Arrived at 6pm on an off-season Tuesday. Very nice large restaurant. We were the only ones there. Service was friendly.
Corpus is an expensive place to eat. Chimachunga was good, lots of meat and very reasonable priced. My wife’s seafood was a little higher but still reasonable. Beer on tap was very low priced. Overall we had a very nice dinner.

Don’t sleep on this place in downtown Corpus Christi, they have an outside bar area with live music.
The piña colada was 5⭐.
The tacos al carbon were very flavorful 5⭐, the meat was very tender and there was enough meat that I actually made 4 tacos out of the 2 tacos that I was served.
The nachos with carne asada 5⭐.
The guacamole i ordered as an appetizer 4.75⭐.
PS….. I ordered the cheese sauce on the side and not drizzled on the tacos because, the tacos didn’t need the cheese sauce, it would have taken away from the flavor of the meat.
Fresh flour tortillas 5⭐.
Overall experience 4.5 ⭐ but that’s because the place is a little outdated but we were there for the food and not the décor.
Strong 4.5⭐compared to some of the other Mexican restaurants in the area, definitely try it out!

This is the third time we visit his place. I love it. Waitress are excellent. My kids and I enjoy a great meal. When you go out to Corpus Christi stop by and enjoy a good meal and music. I love their menu. Just scan the QR code and kazam you have it uploaded to your phone. I love it!! I hope you enjoy the photos I share with you. Hope you all go out there too. Not far from the bay.

The best place for $3 margaritas paired with fajita nachos. Moe the server is always offering great service that always on point. I will return again to try. All the food items. Saturday is the day to visit to hear a mix jams from the dj. Keeping the vibe going at the patio. Sunday is all day marginal special.

First time dining here. Tried it after walking at the Art Walk. Walked in about 9:30, not crowded at all. Server took awhile to get to us for our drink orders. Once that was taken, she waited awhile after bringing drinks to take our order. Order took a long time to come out and the two orders were brought out separately with more than 5-10 minutes in between. The food was delicious. Our server surely did make it up to us by comping our drinks. Will definitely give this place another try.

We were craving Mexican food so we decided to give this place a try. It had a nice authentic atmosphere, and the food was good, but IMO it was not worth $93 for 2 people (including tip). My chicken fajitas came with 2 flour tortillas, so I asked for 2 more and was charged an addtl 70 cents. The service was “okay” nothing to rave about, especislly since i had to ask for the extra tortillas twice since she forgot to bring them the first time. Giving 4 stars for the tasty food! NOTE: They offer outdoor seating but we opted to eat indoors since it was too hot outside.

Horrible, Do not come here. We had a table of 12 for an engagement party with family from out of town (how embarrassing). The restaurant was not busy, drink orders took a very long time and were wrong, they took forever to bring stale chips, no napkins, food took a very long time and was cold, cheese was hard, not a good taste. Over all not a place I would ever come back too. The waitress was very good and kept apologizing she did the best she could. Never brought my second drink , several drink orders never came, food looked good but was not good. THEY WERE NOT BUSY AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
