I came in earlier today the young lady behind the counter was really friendly and kind.
I ordered some chicken empanadillas, mofongo with camarones, and my daughter ordered pollo à la plancha with rice and beans. Very good portions, clean and tidy place, and even ordered a couple of tropical drinks that were delicious!

The woman at the front desk was the nicest on the phone, and when I picked up my order yesterday at 10 pm from the 2go app. The food was delicious and a decent-sized serving as well. I will return again! In this world, we need kinder people like this and feel-good food.

Came in super late and was greeted happily. I got my food to go. The portion size of the rice, beans and pork shoulder was extremely plentiful. I also had gotten 4 empanadas. 2 beef and 2 ham and cheese. They were large in size and made to order hot and fresh. I will be returning and have told all my friends and family. Thank you for the delicious meals. It felt and tasted just like home.

We visited La Placita about a week and a half ago and was served by the young lady who is part owner, it was a pleasant experience. Tonight! An entirely different experience. The “meal” price of $15 for rice, beans and 1 meat was not used. The man behind the counter rung up everything individually. Who charges $15 for white rice? Then the other items were also rung up separately. The pricing online for rice is $5.25, not $15. I understand you’re new and trying to make money, but this is not the way to do it. The inconsistency is unacceptable. Last week the owner told us about a meal with two meats as an option and tonight the man behind the counter said they don’t do that anymore. Which is it? Si o No!

It was my first time going and let’s just say that I will keep going. Their food is fantastic. They’re amazing ! They’re so welcoming and the restaurant is so clean ! I can’t get enough of the bbq chicken and pork chops with the beans ! Their potato salad is where it’s at too . Please give this spot a chance it’s all homemade
