Not what they used to be. Going to go elsewhere. Pretty bad when even the delivery driver is complaining about the staff as soon as I open the door. I’ve had experience with the rude girl at the counter before but i tolerated it because the food was usually good. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks on a Tuesday Night. When food finally arrived (after 3 more phone calls) it was ice cold,the rolls were so soggy that you couldn’t pick the sandwich ,up it just fell apart. I called back to tell them and the only response I received was “I’m sorry” not “how can we make it right”, or we’ll send out another order. I asked for the manager and he was not there.she said she would leave a message for him to call me,which never happened. So I have to leave this negative review,because as far as I’m concerned you stole 45$ from me. I could have easily went right across the street to Delsea steaks that just opened,but I WAS a loyal customer so I wanted to give La pizza the business,but thats definitely going to change now.

Stopped by La Pizza as I was passing through the area. Turned out to be a good stop. The pizza was good. I think I stopped in just before the lunch rush, they had plenty of choices of slices to choose from. The staff were very friendly. They greeted me when I entered the restaurant and offered a good recommendation for a slice that I don’t normally get. The restaurant/atmosphere helped make it an enjoyable time. There was plenty of seating when I arrived and as the lunch rush arrived there were still plenty of seats available.

Got over charged for a personal pizza. Charge was higher than menu price. When I questioned, staff told me ” It cost money to print new menus “. Charging customers fairly and accurately is law. No manager available to resolve issue. Asked for paper plates,and was given dirty ones. Promptly threw out. Beware of overcharging! Do not recommend!!!

Just left La Pizza located in Malaga, NJ. I was charged more for order than priced on menu in establishment. When I questioned, I was told by staff that current priced were on website, I however viewed existing menus located at each table with priced lower than charged. I was informed by staff that it cost money to print current and ACCURATE menus for customers. When my order was ready, I requested paper plates, which I immediately noticed were dirty. I threw paper plates out immediately. I would never recommend this location. A owner was not listed on website to speak directly to pertaining to resolution

I grew up on it! And not just because of that I gave them 5 stars… but because they stayed true, genuine, and strong. There’s been alot of places locally trying to add competition to the pizza industry, but no one has a thing on my La Pizza! Dannys, wawa, ray’s… they tried.. and they absolutely can not compare. I have never had a bad day from your food! That’s definitely important! The taste is the best around. The pizza is the perfect jersey pizza and not too oily. No one can make cheese steak pizza like they do! The only competition they ever had was Nick’s, but they stopped delivering to franklinville after 20 years.. smfh. I’m not even made. I’m glad. Places like Nick’s do not deserve all the money I chalked away to them during the pandemic.. I should have stayed true to pizza shops like this one. One that never gave up on its patrons. One that never changed a thing. The only thing they changed…I read something the other day bring your own bottle and eat… a girl is sold! You can keep this change! Thank you for great pizza and customer service all these years!!!!!
