Wednesday, I ate a salad Grilled chicken cobb salad, but the tomatoes didn’t taste good, so I threw them away. Even so, today I have vomiting and diarrhea. It was my only meal of the day, and I ate it for lunch. What a terrible experience! I feel awful. Be careful with vegetables!

Just came here for a lobster roll. Ordered on the kiosk. It said it comes with fries, just like it still does right now online. I didn’t get my fries, went back and the guy refused to give them to me without charging me. Said it doesn’t come with them anymore!? I was dumbfounded. They haven’t updated their kiosk or online ordering platform and are refusing to honor them? I gave him the order back and went to uncle seven. I have honestly never in my life experienced anything so inept before. Like I was looking for a hidden camera. Insane. Do not recommend, obviously! Total was $33 for a small lobster roll and a can of diet coke. Was splitting the meal so definitely wasn’t gonna cut it without a side. No thanks.

This place just opened on the 9th so I went down to check it out. It is a little place with counter service and a space nearby with tables. You can either order with the waitress behind the counter or use a touchscreen to order and pay yourself.
Ordered the homemade tagliatelli. It was served up relatively quickly and nice and hot. It tasted fresh, pasta was cooked perfectly aldente. Ate every last bit!
Would certainly recommend to try if you find yourself at the Sono Collection!

Horrible experience mice running across the floor and workers just ignoring it very unprofessional.
Cashier was talking more than taking orders waited in line almost 15 min just for tenders and fries for my kid just for the fries to be raw and unsalted not worth the money.

The worst experience I’ve ever endured while shopping at the mall on 10/23 myself and my grandchildren. Food was bland.poor service a mouse ran across the floor the cook and the guy shrugged it off as if it was nothing totally disgusting

Overpriced McDonald’s quality food!! the workers are laid back and the fries are tasty!
The main dishes (like the spicy fish taco & their rigatoni pasta) really lacks flavor! My spicy fish had NO spice or S&P whatsoever, legit tasted like unseasoned blackened fish. Plus the chef threw an excessive lump of purple cabbage in my fish taco, which was bland too. I took it out and didn’t even finish 1/2 the taco!
This place needs a new chef but the turnover rate is crazy here, I’m a frequent & local Sono Collection shopper but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I wish this place luck.

Literally trying this review as I’m eating here right now because that’s how good the food is. I had the chicken tacos; they have a slight kick to them, and even though my stomach can’t handle spicy foods of any degree, I want to buy ALL the chicken tacos. I would eat these every day for the rest of my life. The lady at the Kiosk was super friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite.

The Shrimp Taco’s were delicious! Perfectly cooked, and with a delicious sauce!! I didn’t think I was that hungry, but I completely devoured my plate because they were so tasty! The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. I will be back!!:)

This new place is excellent! I’ve been there twice. When it first opened it was a bit slow, but the service has improved greatly over the course of the last two weeks. My children enjoyed the penne vodka pasta with sausage and I enjoyed the lobster roll. The fish tacos are delicious. At last, mall food that is good—not your traditional “food court” fare by any means.
