My wife and I came here for our anniversary. We have been here before we love it for special occasions. We started out with the only appetizer you need which is the lobster bruscetta!

What a fabulous evening; our server, Jo Jo, made certain everything was perfection for us! What is great food without an exceptional server. The management was very accommodating. The decor was unique and beautiful. The food was outstanding. Don’t dine here unless you want a memorable evening. Can’t say enough.

There’s Italian and then there’s La Piazza. I could taste every ingredient in my food. It’s absolutely delicious. I recommend the Eggplant dish and the Key Lime Tart. Thank you for such a great experience.

Listen…If you haven’t been to this area let alone this restaurant you are missing out. European village is the best place for a nice time out or date night in general…from shops to coffee to food… amazing. To top it off, this restaurant is everything you want and hope for with Italian cuisine! I work for a company that hosts seminars in the area and we use this restaurant all the time throughout the year. Best service ever… dropping a few names Larry & Larry Jr, Jo Jo, Rene, etc.. the list goes on. They make you feel at home when you come in and part of their Italian family. We use the wine room for our events and it is perfect for parties of 20+. Highly recommend if you need a pretty Italian spot for a party of any sort..They also have seating outside on nice days and it truly is a treat. I want to sincerely thank all the staff and managers for the service with our company. They make it super easy and we will be back throughout the year and for years to come! -Best Mikayla- Team N&L Wealth Builders! P.S. I have attached some pictures of the room so you get the idea! (:

Having heard a myriad of positive reviews, I decided to head down the 90 minute drive from Jacksonville to give this place a try. I arrived at the peak dining time at approximately 6:30, I was told there would be 90 minute wait for a table, which I took as a great sign. I gave the hostess my name and explained I’d be over at the Cork and Pint and I left my number with her just in case a table opened up earlier. At 8 pm I went back to check on my table, it had been 90 minutes, I had a few beers in me and was looking forward to having this much anticipated meal. I stood patiently at the unoccupied hostess stand, waiting for the hostess to return. The restaurant was abuzz with diners consuming drinks and conversing. Finally, a member of the staff approached me and abruptly stated that they were finished for the evening. I explained in my jovial fashion that I had put my name down at 6:30 and that it would be a 90 minute wait, and here I am 90 minutes later. He apologized, but restated they were finished for the evening. He offered to have the manager come over, and after forty years of dining in New York, I knew this meant that they were about to accommodate me. After all, I’ve traveled 90 miles just to have dinner at their restaurant, and then waited 90 minutes as I was told to do, surely the manager wasn’t about to send me 90 miles on my way without offering me a meal. But that’s exactly what he did, and with zero bedside manner, even explaining that his restaurant was the best Italian food in Palm Coast so they are very strict on their 9 pm close time. But it’s 8:15, surely he could squeeze in a solo diner who’d traveled all this way for the some purpose of dining at his restaurant. But to no avail; his arrogance exceeded his sense of humanity and decency. Alas, he sent me back to whence thou came. I left at 5 pm and arrive home at ten pm. Five hours of my life ruined, no explanation, no apology, zero kindness. The restaurant next to his could serve dog shut and I’d sooner try it then ever return to the Piazza Cafe. I recently purchased a beach home on Flagler Beach, and every time we all go out and someone suggests LPC it is quickly dismissed and removed from the repertoire of restaurants these lifelong locals who are now my friends will frequent.

La Piazza hosted my son’s first birthday party. Larry Jr was so pleasant to talk to and explained everything beforehand. We had 23 people who came. We chose the family style meal with nonalcoholic drinks, a house salad, two appetizers and three entree selections, which was $42 per adult and $21 per kid. The kids ordered from the kid’s menu. They were very accommodating and removed the pork from the pasta at one guest’s table. Everyone ate til they were stuffed. One of my friends said the food was better than her wedding (same!). I especially loved the chicken Alfredo and lasagna. The room was beautiful on its own with plenty of space and it was so cool to have it to ourselves. The wooden tables were long and wide and way too pretty for tablecloths. We had two servers that refilled our drinks like magic and made sure everyone had what they needed. We came in an hour early to set up and had 3 hours to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate my boy. It was absolutely worth it and the area itself is gorgeous and fun to explore. You won’t regret it!

This is one of my favorite places to dine. It boasts of outstanding & authentic Italian food made fresh to order. My husband & I dined outside under the canopy. It was so pleasant & reminiscent of the many times that we dined al fresco in Italy. Our waiter was very professional and efficient. He made sure that we were contented with bread & wine while we waited for our entrees.

Whoa! I thought Osteria was the only heavy hitter in Palm Coast, but I was pleasantly proven wrong. Our waitress was knowledgeable not only of the specials but the wine list as well. We started with Greco de Tufo wine off the special bottle list, a wonky unknown white wine from the west coast of Italy. Then we started with two house salads, an antipasto board. Honestly, we could have left and felt great! We wouldn’t have known, but we would have missed, because these entrées were out of this world. My fiancé got raviolis with seafood scallops, doused in a goat cheese cream sauce. I got the Seabass over risotto. Phenomenal. Best wine list in the city, top notch food, and excellent service. I bet 5 different employees touched out table refilling waters or bussing plates. We can’t wait to go back!
