A small Italian street food spot in the exchange area with a few seatings available inside and patio. Delicious fresh Italian flatbread sandwich. Very nice owner and great service. We tried Daniele for savory food and la golosa for sweet dessert. Our food was made fresh on the spot and they were nice to split into two plates for us. It was very delicious and can’t wait to try other flavors! Highly highly recommend la golosa!!

I ordered from La Piadina for the first time tonight through Grubhub and had an incredible experience. There was a delay on Grubhub’s end, and Chase, the owner, personally called to let me know he would remake the food so it would be fresh when it arrived. That alone was amazing customer service. There were a couple additional delays with the app and drivers — completely out of the restaurant’s control — and he still followed up again to apologize and reassure me the food was freshly made.
When our order finally arrived, he had upgraded my daughter’s meal size, included a cannoli, and added a coupon for next time. The food was fantastic, and my daughter (who is very picky) absolutely loved it.
It’s easy to find good food, but it’s extremely rare to find this level of genuine customer care. I’m impressed not only by the quality of the food but by how they run their business. We’ll definitely be loyal customers and look forward to ordering again soon!

OMG unbelievably delicious! It’s my first time here and Chase, the new owner, suggested the Daniele. Good choice! The prosciutto is some of the best I’ve had and I love how it pairs with the fresh tomatoes and creamy fresh mozzarella. Don’t even get me started on the amazing flatbread – their recipe is from the 1300s, made with a special flour imported from Italy. This is one of those meals you will think about for years after eating it. There are so many great places to eat at The Exchange, but I highly recommend coming here first.

My husband and I are always trying out new food trucks. We especially love Italian food. La Piadina gets a 10 in our books. Our piadinas were absolutely delicious. You could tell all of the ingredients were fresh and the flat bread was amazing. All “made to order”. This made all the difference! In addition, no worries about dietary needs, they have dairy free and gluten free options. Thank you to the chefs of this amazing food truck. We will follow this one! By the way shout out to Maxline Brewery! Great beer!

I am very familiar with the flatbread sandwiches when it was under the previous owner. The piadine were flavorful and manageable. Even though the current owner said he learned the same recipe from the original owner, the piadine don’t taste the same. For one thing they are much larger, stuffed with more food but lack flavor. And the prices have gone up. I have a hard time justifying paying $40 for a lunch of 2 piadine and 2 sodas.

I’ve tried this place with my husband on the weekend, we liked their piadina and the cozy/simple atmosphere. My family and relatives are romagnoli from Rimini and I haven’t had a real, tasty piadina in a very long time so I was happy to try a good place like “La Piadina” non to far from where we live. Plus (big PLUS!) they stuff it with delicious creamy stracchino cheese, not easy to find good like this one

I have been in 25 states in the US, and it is not so easy to find the Piadina Romagnola, which is a regional dish from Northern Italy.
However, I tried some places that make piadina, especially in California and other states, but this one was the most authentic I ever had.
There is also some confusion regarding the piadina comparing to a taco or quesadilla, even if they have nothing in common since they are made with different ingredients and have different taste.
Piadina is gourmet.

La Piadina is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. I savored a fantastic Capri Piadina, made with the most delicious tomatoes and mozzarella I’ve had in a long time. What truly set La Piadina apart is the owner’s genuine warmth and hospitality. We had a lovely chat, and it’s clear how passionate he is about serving authentic Italian food. I highly recommend this charming spot for a truly memorable meal.

11/10 – first time trying a Piadina! The ingredients feel very fresh and high quality, the flatbreads are beautifully prepared. We got Le Originale and the Cacciatore, both were delicious.
I’m no food critic, but the respect for the ingredients here is noticeable. Both of these Piadina were well balanced and almost too easy to eat…
Great spot! Thank you for a fantastic lunch!
