This new venture is well worth trying! Whether you have fond memories of brioche and cake in France or just want to taste something heavenly, order and be prepared to be transported to a different taste galaxy! The brioche is super light, sweet but not too sweet—like only true French pastries can be. It’s superb with just butter and incredible as French toast. The marble cake—not usually my favorite— is equally delicious and satisfying with a cup of coffee or tea. The pastries are personally delivered by the young baker herself, complete with thoughtful touches like packaging and twine. Highly recommended
